Jack Ma the richest man in China said, "If you put the Banana and Money infront of a monkey. The monkey will choose Banana because the monkey don't know that money can buy alot of Bananas."

In fact, if you offer WORK and BUSINESS to people, they will choose to WORK because most people don't know that a BUSINESS can make more money than salary.

One of the reason the poor are poor is because the poor are not trained to recognise the entrepreneurial opportunity.

They spend alot of time in school and what they learn in school is work for a salary instead of working for themselves.

Profit is better than wages because wages can support you, but profits can make you a fortune.

MISTAKE TO AVOID MAKING AS A BACKUP SINGER..

As a back up singer, you must know your role and understand how important you are to the lead singer and instrumentalists..

If your result as a back up singer is poor or bad, it destroys the ministration.

As a back up singer know your limits and your range. Understand what you should do and play your role very well. Stick to plans and pattern as rehearsed. Don't to be a pro or don't even try to show off.

EVERY BACK UP SINGER SHOULD NOTE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING

𝙎𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙜.
As a backup singer it expected of you to have scored the song and the lyrics; knowing the song word by word. Lyric by lyric. Part by part. Voice by voice & flow with the rhythm.

𝙆𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙮𝙤𝙪'𝙧𝙚 𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙪𝙥.
Never make the mistakes of backing up a song you don't know and trying to do guess work where you're not sure of lyrics, we don't want you to sing rumours ️you will mess up the ministration.

If your lead singer is singing soft and slow, stay on the same frequency and don't go fast and harsh.
If the lead is singing energetically, fast or hard, you must learn to match that same tone and frequency as well. If the lead singer's Adlibs are on higher pitch, shift to higher harmonies; match the energy.
