Laizesfaire ~ this is an economic policy that leaves things to take their own course, without interfering; no subsidies, no grants, no startups, no debt writeoffs. This is a situation of; if you do not have you die, they call it natural selection, survival for the fittest in geo world. This is the type of an Economy one david Ndii is/was advocating for, a strategist in Rutos government making it appear sweet in your ears so they went for populist slogans like Kenya Kwanza, bottom up approach, Hustler etc. In that situation what is the role of government? Why pay them? For what exactly?
