1) Court nullifies ALL cases barring Nairobi Deputy Governor nominee Anne Kananu from being vetted;
2) Nairobi City County Assembly vets and approves Anne Kananu for the position of Deputy Governor;
3) Anne Kananu takes oath of office as the Deputy Governor for Nairobi City;
4) Anne Kananu is sworn in as the Governor for Nairobi City County in accordance with Supreme Court advisory on Assumption of Office of Governor in case the same falls vacant;
5) Anne Kananu nominates DENNIS WAWERU for Deputy Governor of Nairobi position, he is vetted and approved by the City Assembly;
6) DENNIS WAWERU is sworn in as Deputy Governor for Nairobi City County;
7) Anne Kananu Mwenda then 'willfully' relinquishes her Governorship position vide resignation;
8) DENNIS WAWERU is sworn in as the Governor for Nairobi City County;
9) DENNIS WAWERU nominates RAILA's preference for the position of Deputy Governor for Nairobi while Anne Kananu is either nominated as Nairobi City County Secretary or is appointed by Uhuru in the Cabinet;
