Street dog fakes death
Soly,an Egyptian filmmaker, rescues Layaly, a stray dog in Cairo, with help from a group of animal welfare volunteers before travelling with her to a new home abroad.

Few days before the school reopening for the third term the education Cabinet Secretary Professor George Magoha addressed people today.With relation to the school unrest and the indiscipline cases recorded in previous term, now the Ministry of Education continue to lay down more strategies to curb this problem.

In his speech today, CS Magoha revealed that all plans have been made in preparation to the national examination.This is with regard to the monitoring of examinations and learning institutions.In addition he emphasized on the need to ensure total discipline in schools and facilitate good learning environment especially among candidates.This is in order to enhance efficiency in KCPE and KCSE preparation.The school heads are however expected to collaborate and allow good relation among learners in order to avoid indiscipline in schools.However the government should establish more strategies to minimize cases of rioting among learners especially in secondary schools.This is through working together with school heads as well as other educational agencies.
