Things I have learned in this Journey of Life.

To attain success, you will be disappointed many times. You will be discouraged at some point and perhaps feel like you want to give up. You may fail a number of times, but what will keep you going is having a clear goal. Embrace persistence, patience and perseverance, and your dreams will come to pass.

·Choose What To Do

You will not succeed if you try to do so many things at the same time. You have to focus your energy on one or two things. Make sure you really understand what you want. Do not attempt so many things at the same time. Outline your goal and pool your efforts together to attain it.

Success Takes Time

There is nothing like an overnight success. Many people who are successful today began with challenges, but that never deterred them from pursuing their goals. They struggled along the way. Their breakthrough came as a result of sacrifice and a spirit of never wanting to let go of their dreams. Employ a lot of patience as you work towards your goals. Never allow any difficulty you meet along the way to distract you.

Don’t be a People’s Pleaser

Not everyone will be happy when they see you working hard towards achieving your goals. Some will try to discourage you, while others will try to persuade you to do things their way. Do not give in to any kind of manipulation. Trying to please everyone will lead you to failure. You cannot make everyone happy. Your duty is to set your goals and stick to them.
