THE Complainant Hon soipan tuya was formerly married in kajiado to one Mr kinayia where they were blessed with one child. ..Mr kinayia then decided to support her to pursue her studies abroad and after a few year she returned with a masters but she terminated the marriage leaving Mr kinayia in the blues...
The question is,was their divorce in any way fomarlized,either in court or customarily???

If yes ,how much is Mr kinayia paying in child support or alimony per month...

2... why has she hurriedly bypassed all the customary conflict resolution mechanisms and rushed to the courts ,yet her marriage with Stephen kudate was purely conducted with all customary laws observed. ..

2 level 4 hospitals , over 30 dispensaries renovated, equipped and newly built.
All backed up with a fleet of world-class 4*4 ambulances..

We must close the urban-rural bridge take services to the people..not leasing vehicles to take people to services...

It's an absolute insult, demeaning,unethical and frustrating that a multinational under the name of πŠπ…π‚ is smoothly operating in our boders,but importing locally available agricultural produce,like potatoes, carrots etc....it's absurd that authorities tasked to protect our farmers from unscrupulous brokers,are silenced by brown envelopes... shares and all sorts of corrupt dealerships..
As ODM we will make sure the said firm doesn't operate within our boders....not until they promote our farmers..
This we shall lobby our colleagues country wide to have them either pack and leave or work within our terms and conditions....
