The Turkana Music Association (TUMA) has recently been embroiled in controversy, following public accusations from local Radio and Club DJ, Young Nick, who alleged that the association's prominent figure, Dahili Sultan Loa Lonyangalima has been exploiting artists for personal gain.
Dahili, who is a well-known MC, event organizer, and founder of CHOCHA TV MTAANI alias The Turkana TV has been accused of leveraging the fame and resources of artists to build his own reputation and prosperity within the Turkana entertainment scene.
Djyoung Nick took to social media with a bold comment, saying,
``Broh hata huyo Dahil ndio mngori sasa. Form Ni Occupy all Corrupt Leaders in Turkana Music. Since 2014 tangu Tobong ianze, wasanii wamekuwa wakilia.”
