Jobo vs Kisumu Day: A Fierce Friendly Ends in a Stalemate
Football fans were treated to an exciting friendly match between Jobo and Kisumu Day (KD), a clash that showcased skill, composure, and resilience. Despite both teams' relentless efforts, the match ended in a 0-0 draw, but not without its fair share of thrilling moments.
Jobo displayed maturity and tactical discipline, dominating possession and launching waves of attacks. However, KD's goalkeeper turned out to be the hero of the day, pulling off incredible saves to keep his team in the game. Jobo’s striking force tested him time and again, but he stood tall, denying clear-cut chances.
Though the match ended in a barren draw, it was far from dull. Both teams exhibited top-tier footballing abilities, promising an exciting future should they meet again. The friendly might have lacked goals, but it certainly didn’t lack passion and quality football.

Instin "Iniesta" Simiyu: A Rising Football and Athletics Star
In the world of Kenyan school sports, few names shine as brightly as Instin "Iniesta" Simiyu. The St. Joseph’s Boys National School-Kitale attacker has been a sensation in high school football competitions, balancing his talent between the pitch and the track.
Currently, he is the top scorer in the FKF Division One League with 10 goals for Transfoc FC, proving his dominance beyond school football. His sharp instincts and goal-scoring prowess recently earned him the Most Valuable Player (MVP) title in the Cleo Malala Cup.
Instin is no stranger to national recognition. In 2024, he was the top scorer in the KSSSA National Games in Kisii. Beyond football, his athleticism is unmatched—he recently finished as the 100M runners-up in the Rift Valley region secondary school Term 1 games, securing his spot in the National Championships in Mombasa.
With Cosmas Stephen Nabungolo as his mentor, Instin’s potential knows no bounds. As he continues to shine, he is a talent to watch, destined for greatness in both football and athletics.
