I'm a young man who is (23 yrs old) dating a beautiful girl who is (56 yrs old) everything is perfect in the house, the problem is my step kids John & Maria. They don't respect me at all John is (36 yrs old) and Maria is the first born she is (39 yrs old) . I'm even afraid to beat them with Sampok because kids of this new generation have lot of rights. Jose Chameleone; Real Name Joseph Mayanja born on April 30, 1979, in Kampala, Uganda, is one of East Africa's most renowned Afrobeat artists. He grew up in a musically inclined family as the fourth child of Gerald Mayanja and Prossy Musoke. His passion for music was evident from a young age, inspired by his grandfather, a guitarist, and his father, a band member. Chameleone pursued his education at Nakasero Primary School and later attended Mengo Secondary, Kawempe Muslim Secondary, and Katikamu SDA schools, although his academic journey faced challenges. He began his career as a DJ in Kampala and transitioned into music with the Kenyan record label Ogopa Deejays, releasing his debut hit single, "Bageya," in 2000.

Chameleone's music blends Afrobeat, reggae, and local Ugandan sounds, earning him fame across Africa and beyond. Notable albums include Mama Mia, Valu Valu, Bayuda, and Badilisha. His songs, such as Jamila, Shida za Dunia, and Wale Wale, have garnered widespread acclaim. As the founder of Leone Island Music Empire, he has mentored prominent artists like Weasel, Radio, and King Saha. Chameleone's international tours span continents, with performances in the US, UK, Sweden, and Malaysia, among others. His contributions to music have been recognized with multiple awards, including Pearl of Africa Music Awards and Tanzania Music Awards.

Beyond music, Chameleone has engaged in philanthropy through the Chameleone Foundation, promoting youth development and awareness on critical issues like HIV/AIDS. He also ventured into politics, contesting for Kampala’s Lord Mayor position in 2021. Married to Daniella Atim since 2008, they share five children. Despite personal and professional challenges, Chameleone remains a pivotal figure in African music, celebrated for his artistry and influence.

This is the hand of Saint James the Apostle ; the hand that touched Jesus and Mary mother of Jesus. This hand is a holy relic and was taken to England by Empress Matilda in the 12th century.

In 1539 at the Dissolution of the Monasteries, English monks hid the hand in an iron chest in the walls of Reading Abbey. It was dug up again in 1786 by workmen and given to Reading Museum.

In 1840 it was sold to millionaire J. Scott Murray, who put it in his private chapel at Danesfield House. On his death in 1882 he gave it to St. Peter's Church in Great Marlow (now Marlow), which is where it resides today.

Did you know “The Gods Must be Crazy Movie”

The main actor of "The Gods Must Be Crazy", N!xau Toma, was only paid $300, even though the film produced in 1980 made over $200 million. He died a poor wretched bushman despite making millions of dollars for other people. He was hugely exploited at the negoting table. In fact, he was merely told what was negotiated and he accepted with happiness. Africans have always been exploited.

Detectives are investigating the mysterious death of 38-year old Elizabeth Wanjiru Githinji on Saturday afternoon at Kikuyu gospel singer Paul Mathenge Wanderi's (Dishon Mirugi) house in Maziwa, Kahawa West.

Police in Murang'a County this morning gunned down 2 armed robbers and recovered 2 assault rifles in Kinyona Forest within Kigumo Sub-County.

A bag containing Sh 1.13 million stolen from Unaitas Sacco Branch yesterday was also recovered.

The 2 are believed to be part of the 6-man gang who staged a robbery at Unaitas Sacco Mununga Branch, where they made away with an unknown amount of money after disarming a police officer and taking possession of his G3 rifle.

On February 25, the same gang wrestled an AK-47 rifle loaded with 14 rounds of ammunition from a police officer on patrol within Muthithi area, which they used in yesterday’s robbery incident.

Pastor Ezekiel Odero was born on 13th August 1981 in Ngodhe Island (Rusinga) , Suba North Sub County, Homa Bay County in the former Nyanza Province . His dad was a Fisherman and his mum a small scale farmer. His grandfather Daniel Odero was a former Kenya Wildlife Service warden.

As a young boy, Pastor Ezekiel ventured into fishing as it was with boys his age in the village. This, later affected his result in KCPE. Pastor Ezekiel first sat his KCPE at Ngodhe Island Primary School (near Rusinga) in 1994 and scored 210 marks out of the total 700.

Funnily, Pastor Ezekiel was the best pupil at Ngodhe Primary School that year -

He was later taken by his maternal grandfather in Seme Sub County, Kisumu County where he was admitted to Standard Seven at Lieye Primary School that same year . He sat his KCPE for the second time in 1996 and doubled what he got at Ngodhe, scoring 398 out of the total 700.

Pastor Ezekiel was then admitted at Miwani High School in Muhoroni Sub county which was one of the best schools by then (1997)- Miwani is today a shadow of its former. Pastor Ezekiel sat his Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education examination in the year 2000 and scored a mean grade of C , a very strong grade by then.

In December 2001 Pastor Ezekiel travelled to Mombasa in search of greener pastures after completing his secondary school studies. He immediately became a member of the Maximum Miracle Centre Church of Pastor Pius Muiru. Ideally, Pastor Ezekiel is the spiritual son of the legendary Pastor Pius Muiru.

His talents of playing keyboard and being a choir teacher helped him a lot as he would be paid some stipend by the church and he survived from it. These crafts, he nurtured while serving in the Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Seme and as a member of CU at Miwani Boys High School.

He later became a praise and worship teacher-

Pastor Ezekiel later joined Mombasa Polytechnic (today the Technical University of Mombasa) in 2005 where he wanted to study diploma in chemical engineering but his grades couldn't allow, so he went for a diploma in chemical processing technology instead . However, he dropped out of college in 2006 due to lack of school fees.

He met his wife Pastor Sarah in Kongowea the same year 2006 and they briefly courted before they got married the following year. Pastor Ezekiel and Pastor Mama Sarah started preaching in Majaoni, Mombasa County, around that same year when they met. The two also hawked at Kongowea Market to earn a living -

At first they didn't even have a proper church just preaching in the field, and soon their church grew and they acquired a space to put up a decent church in Majaoni . After 15 years in Majaoni, Pastor Odero purchased a bigger piece of land ( 65-acre parcel) to accommodate more worshippers in Mavueni Kilifi county.

New Life Church Mavueni (Kilifi) sits on six-and-a-half acres with a capacity of 45,000 people, one of the biggest in the country. Pastor Ezekiel has also constructed a four-storey flat accommodating 64 families in the compound ; with bedsitters and one and two-bedroomed units for our employees.

Among other developments in his 65-acre parcel of land include an International School which opened it's door this year, a petrol station , a supermarket , two hotels and guest rooms under construction , a TV station, a mega poultry project and a restaurant.

Pastor Ezekiel has also purchased a separate piece of land to start a University which he hopes in less than five years shall open its doors . Early this year, he donated Ksh 6.6 Million to needy students in Kilifi County who were unable to join High School.

Together with Pastor Sarah, they have also adopted a number of needy children from and outside Kilifi. Some of their adopted children are currently in different universities in the country, some in High School while others still in Primary School.
