I am told this little baby girl Chepchumba was r***d by unknown individual. The 2-year old girl was later strangled to death and her body thrown into a river. She was laid to rest at her home in Kericho, yesterday.

My heart cries. What did this young soul do to deserve such pain? Who is this wild man who ended the life of this young girl in such an inhumane manner? Uyu mtoto alikosea nini? Makosa ya uyu mtoto ni gani? Why? Why? I mean, I am just lost for words.

Can you imagine🙄
He didn't even wait for the said 4days before trying the keys😂
Be careful with the one you consider your best "friends" and whom you think you can entrust them with your hard earned treasure - they could be wishing you dead soon and hopefully inherit your God-given fortune!

BROWN BREAD:

This type of bread remains the most useless food in the history of human nutrition.

First, bread is bread.

Second, brown bread is just white bread with food colour and wheat bran.

Wheat bran is the useless outer part of the wheat kernel that MSM tells us has fibre.

Wheat bran used in the manufacture of brown bread is the by-product of milling wheat kernel.

This by-product is used in the manufacture of dog food and chicken feeds. This is what the marketers tell you is brown bread.

Here is where it gets interesting,

A loaf of brown bread has 24 grams of sugar, which is equivalent to 6 teaspoons of table sugar, while white bread has 20 grams of sugar which is equivalent to 5 teaspoons of sugar.

You will see people say

"I eat brown bread because it is healthy."

It is NOT.

It is worse.

Don't feed your relatives' brown bread under the pretext of healthy living.

Don't feed them bread whether white, brown, yellow or 'sugarless'.

in 1985 the Kipsigis and the Luo communities decided to have a drinking competition.

A week before the competition,the Kipsigis sent Kiprono to Kisumu to confirm if the competition will be held.

On arrival, the people of Kisumu brought 20Ltrs of their strongest brewed beer (changaa ).

Kiprono asked if he could taste and he was permitted to.

Instead of just tasting, he finished the 20Ltrs at once, and said ''This is ok 😁... Now where is the main beer?''

People were all shocked because nobody had ever taken more than 2Ltrs of this beer and stood breathing!

Then they asked him, 'Are you among the competitors? Kiprono said, 'Me? Nooooo! I didn't qualify...!!
Competition was cancelled.🤣🤣🤣
