Yes I'm on my periods 🤪 they've just begun now, now. So, i never knew me telling you guys when I'm on my periods or when ovulating it helps some people out here 🤭

Dear sir, that's not a problem, but please remember women are different and our bodies are different. Just sit with your woman and discuss how you'll be monitoring the cycle. We even have apps on phone like my calender that can help you do that.
