Reuben Biwott!

He is the founder of Lavington security and hailed from E. Marakwet county. He solely founded and funded the company as he recruited others to join the venture. Mr Reuben died mysteriously later making the company's leadership fall under his brother Mr. Jonah Telo and Mr. Pius Chelimo. The company operated well until Mr. Chelimo started his dirty schemes ousting Mr. Telo from his position.
At the moment, he is the man in charge and all decisions rests on him. On the other hand, Mr. Telo has been kept to appease the public. His power remains in paper as a co director.
Mr. Telo cannot lift even a finger on any matter as this might endanger his life and that of his family. He remains in the shadows.
The tyrannical nature of Mr. Chelimo has put the company in debts amounting to hundreds of millions.
Next we will unmask how his brother Mr. Emmanuel Maswach stole 73M and his son Felix Chelimo stole 1M from the co director Mr. Telo. We will also unmask how Mr. Chelimo has been misusing his powers to suppress anyone who questions how the company is being operated.
Keep it here

I AM UNTOUCHABLE!!!

Since 2019 to date, Lavington Security Ltd Managing Director Mr. Pius Chelimo has been using unscrupulous methods to avoid payment.
He has been served with a number of court orders but failed to honour any. He is deemed an untouchable member of the society with "godfathers" helping him in the judiciary.
He has so far bribed officers of the court with over Ksh13M. This has helped him evade payment as well as arrests for contempt of court orders.

Justice delayed is justice denied.

THE MAN BEHIND THE ROT IN LAVINGTON SECURITY:

You remember the murder of a UON student and how justice was curtauiled?
You remember the forgery of documents to win NSSF tender?
You remember the abduction of a CEO by Lavinton security personnel?
You remember the unlawful dismissal of over 500 Lavinton security personnel?

It is now time for Lavinton security and the Managing Director Mr. Pius Chelimo to be called for who they are and what they are…

First we start with unlawful non remittance of dues and tax evasion.
From December 2016 to December 2018, the company defaulted over Ksh98M from Lavinton Sacco her financial partner which the later paid after negotiating a waiver of Ksh17M.

From January 2020 to date, the company has not been remitting the dues to the Sacco which had accumulated to over Ksh240M. This has put the Lavinton Sacco in a financial crisis.
This is just a tip of the iceberg.
Bribery, intimidation, threats and abduction is their norm.
More to follow…

Where is the line between Christianity and European Culture is drawn?

For instance, in weddings.... Is there a laid down Biblical procedure? In the Bible, the only wedding that is described in detail is that one that Jesus made wine.. There is no elaborate detail on White Gowns and some Pastor officiating the wedding... The only thing described was the Wine

The current culture seen in modern Church is borrowed from Roman tradition.

Next is Polygamy...

The Mzungu culture was strictly Monogamous. Several factors made the society monogamous. The winter season that led to people being locked in same house for weeks largely contributed to this.

However, the Jewish Culture, that is basically the foundation of the Bible did not have monogamy. In fact, all great men of God, starting with Abraham, Jacob, Moses, David and Solomon were Polygamous. These are men that God approved of and called "My friend" and "man after my own heart"

Are you aware that in the Bible, Jesus Christ himself described himself as a Polygamous man?

In the Parables, he basically used various day to day scenarios to describe himself and his mission in life. He gave the Parable of the Prodigal son, the parable of the lost coin, the parable of the talents, the parable of the planting in the good seed. What many fail to see is the the Parable of the Five wise virgins and the five foolish ones.
In Matthew 25, you clearly see that Jesus talks about ONE Groom taking FIVE Brides.... And we all know that he was describing himself...

Clearly, Jesus could not have used an example of polygamy if it was such a bad thing. By describing himself as the Groom taking five Brides, it clearly shows that there is nothing sinful about it.
In fact Apostle Paul, in 1 Timothy 3 explains further by saying that Bishops and Deacons are the only ones prohibited from marrying more than one wife, because of the ministry duties. It is family enough. But at no point do you get Scripture prohibiting Polygamous marriage.

Because Pastors and Bishops have been barred, they have extended the ban to washirika.. The impact of this is a broken down system in Church. Where well meaning and true worshipers are banned for "sinning" if they get married as second wives or if they marry second of third wives.. Surely, how do you block beautiful women from getting married at their prime, mpaka they hit 40s and then start celebrating "miracles" of getting husband at 45,after fasting for 4 years? If it is a miracle, it means majority do not get married.
Because something good as polygamy has been made to look bad, not based on the Bible, but based on Mzungu culture...

Anyway, it's time we asked some hard questions. Many have lost faith because of rules and cultures that have no biblical foundation.
It is time to embark on what is true and a brainwashed "religion".

Most Baringo County based journalists are quacks. Be weary. They have diverted from authentic, ethical and unbiased way of reporting to being used to settle scores with members of the public for quick money.

Stay alert and always scrutinise the source of information and be the judge.

Simeon Nyachae is dead.
He was born in Nyaribari, in Kisii County on 6 February 1932 to the then powerful colonial chief, Musa Nyandusi. Nyachae's earlier exposure to western education was facilitated by his own father, himself a mission-educated graduate who used his strong influence and acquaintance to the colonial administrators to be appointed chief. In 1941, his father put him in Nyanchwa Seventh-day Adventist School and later in 1947, he joined Kereri Intermediate School. However two years later in 1949, he joined Kisii Government African School but in 1953, just a year before he sat for the then Ordinary Level School Certificate, he withdrew from the school and was employed at his father's chief's camp as a district clerk in 1954. He later attended Torquay Academy and Churchill College, Cambridge, both in the United Kingdom. He succumbed in Nairobi Hospital today while undergoing treatment.

When president Kibaki's NARC-Coalition started to crumble the support of FORD-People became most welcome and in 2004, when president Mwai Kibaki was facing strong opposition from his cabinet he recalled Nyachae to government as Minister for Energy and later for Roads.

Nyachae was named in the Waki report as one of the masterminds of the 2007-2008 post-election violence in which more that 1,600 people died. He was believed to have organised attacks on ODM opposition leaders.[6]

He ran and lost the 2007 parliamentary elections. The opposition wave swept his Kisii stronghold and Nyachae was soundly defeated as it happened to the majority of Kibaki's government ministers and nearly all Ford-People candidates linked to him.

Cyclone Eloise death toll rises to 21:
More than 21 people have been killed and hundreds of thousands affected by a super-storm that made landfall in Mozambique last week, causing heavy flooding across swathes of southern Africa, the United Nations said.

Tropical cyclone Eloise hit central Mozambique on Saturday, packing winds of up to 150 kilometers (93 miles) per hour and torrential rain.
It slammed into the province of Sofala, an area still reeling from two deadly cyclones in 2019, before weakening into an overland depression, moving inland towards Zimbabwe, Botswana and northern South Africa.

At least 21 people are now known to have died, including 11 in Mozambique, four in Eswatini, three in Zimbabwe and two in South Africa, the UN’s Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) said Thursday.

One person was also killed when the storm passed over the Indian Ocean island nation of Madagascar before making landfall.

More than 270,000 people have been affected by the storm, the vast majority in Mozambique, where over 20,000 people have been displaced and 20,500 houses damaged or destroyed.

“With floodwaters present in multiple locations, the risk of water-borne diseases, including cholera, is high,” OCHA warned in a statement.

“Tens of thousands of hectares (acres) of crops” have been flooded, they added, which could affect upcoming harvests and undermine regional food security.

More than 177,000 hectares (437,000 acres) of crops were flooded in Mozambique alone.

Moderate-to-heavy rain has continued to fall over the region this week.

Eloise hit a part of Mozambique devastated by two successive super-storms in March and April 2019.

The first, Cyclone Idai, left more than 1,000 dead and caused damage estimated at around $2 billion (1.65 billion euros).

The House voted to impeach President Donald Trump for incitement of insurrection, exactly one week after a mob attacked the Capitol, where lawmakers were convening to approve President-elect Joe Biden’s Electoral College win. Trump is the first president in history to be impeached twice.

Ten Republicans joined Democrats in the historic vote — a contrast with the first impeachment vote, when every House Republican voted against both articles of impeachment. Four Republicans did not vote: Reps. Kay Granger (TX-12), Andy Harris (MD-1), Gregory Murphy (NC-3) and Daniel Webster (FL-11).

Rep. Liz Cheney of Wyoming — the No. 3 House Republican — had announced the day before that she would vote to impeach, calling it a “vote of conscience” and placing the blame for the attack squarely on the President.

“None of this would have happened without the President,” Cheney wrote. “The President could have immediately and forcefully intervened to stop the violence. He did not. There has never been a greater betrayal by a President of the United States of his office and his oath to the Constitution.”

This is the outcome:
YEA -232
NAY 197
217 votes to pass the impeachment
4 not voting, 0 voting "present"
