When you go through deep waters,
I will be with you.
When you go through rivers of difficulty,
you will not drown.
When you walk through the fire of oppression,
you will not be burned up;
the flames will not consume you.

NAME IT
In everything you want to achieve you must name it, IF YOU DON'T NAME IT YOU WON'T ACHIEVE IT.
God told Habbakuk to write his vision down and make it clear In a stone tablet in Habbakuk 2:2
You must write your goals down,
Let them be
Specific-Name exactly what you want, define it clearly
Measurable - With specific criteria that measure your progress toward the accomplishment of the goal
Achievable - something that you can attain, not ambiguous, should be within your capability
Realistic - something relevant to your life purpose
Timely - with a clearly defined timeline

September is Month for Su***de Prevention Awareness Month

According to WHO 720,000 people aged between 15-29 years old die as a result of commiting Su***de.
It's a trend that we are aware of
Below are some few tactics on how to prevent Su***de
1. limit access to the means of su***de (e.g. pesticides, fi****ms, certain medications)
2. interact with the media for responsible reporting of su***de;
3. foster socio-emotional life skills in adolescents; and
4. early identify, assess, manage and follow up anyone who is affected by suicidal behaviours.
HOW TO TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT YOUR SUICIDAL THOUGHTS
#. Tell the person exactly what you are telling yourself. #. If you have a su***de plan, explain it to them.
#. Phrases such as, ‘I can’ttake it anymore’ or ‘I’m done’ are vague and do not illustrate how serious things really are. Tell the person you trust that you are thinking about su***de.
#. If it is too difficult for you to talk about, try writing it down and handing a note to the person you trust. Or send them a text and sit with them while they read it.

By his Mercy we were saved, not because of anything good we had done...we were counted as sheep to be slaughtered everyday but by his mercies he saved us
I will sing of his greatness, I will tell the world how great he is
He is God father to the fatherless, a way maker, comforter and a helper in times of trouble
He is a faithful God, whatever he promises must be fullfilled
He is God today and forever more he will be, since he is not like men who changes

Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit,
teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.
