DANGERS OF SEXUAL SINS.

I AM WRITING THIS LETTER TO THOSE WHO ARE GENUINELY BORN AGAIN, BUT THEY ARE STRUGGLING WITH SOME SECRET SINS... BECAUSE, I WAS ONCE THERE!

There is something glorious about your future God will show you, you will not need your pastor to keep preaching holiness message to you daily...

When you see a girl singing in the choir, yet, from the choir, she keeps s*xual appointments, check that girl, she has not seen anything yet about her future...

When you see a young boy who dresses to church, to seduce those small girls to bed and his mates will be clapping for him, check that boy, he has a spiritual eye problem...

He hasn't seen anything about his future yet...
If you do it again and again and again, God will forgive you again and again and again...

But, while He is busy forgiving you, angels are busy searching for some one else heaven will use to replace you ...

What separates men before God is not how long they can pray or how much scriptures they know...

The value God places on people is not determined by the position they occupy in the church...
But how much they can bear for His Name sake...

Some times, He allows your salary to be delayed, to know if you will start stealing in your office...

Sometimes, He allows some lose ladies to start suggesting s*x with you, to know if you have grown...

But unfortunately, you still fall again ....
Yes, He will forgive....
But, you will still remain in the same class in the school of glory...

Decision separates men...
There is an OIL that comes with separation...
The weight of a man is buried in the decisions he makes when no one is watching him ...

Many times, God allows you to be lonely so that you can be holy...

Forget this public revival messages all of us are preaching...
Many are still behind in the school of glory...

Not because they chose to, but because they still don't want to pay the price of separation...

If it takes a man to be married to be responsible, we will not have

"My kalenjin sisters are raised to trust people. I could be wrong. They have grown up seeing their mothers feed hungry strangers and passers by. Even a mad man walking into a kalenjin compound will get food. They have been raised to respect men and regard every man the age of their father as a father. And kalenjin men are equaly raised to place women and children in same category as "children". Sometime our woke girls hate to be reffered to as such. They feel demeaned and belittled. But wait.

Our forefathers had a reason for this. My grandfather said women and children are naturally special. They should be taken care of , fed, clothed and given special treatment. They are part of your children. When her father hands over her to you, she is handing over a child to you. His brother puts oil on her forehead as a mark of innocence and good faith. He does the same to the man. To transfer responsibility. You are to make her your wife but treat her as your child. Special.

When kalenjin men meet, they first ask each other "amunee lagok" how are the children? A man who is worth his name is expected to prioritise his children.

We digress.

Dear Kalenjin sisters not every man out there is like us. They didn't go to the bush for a whole month and came home after a rigorous programme that would never be revealed not even by a mad man. Not even at gun point. They didn't get the teachings about why you remain our "children" forever. Once in a while we may hurt you. But we will rarely kill you and drop you by the roadside.

We understand your frustrations about us not being romantic. That we value a herd of cows than a Mazda Demio for your birthday. We may not show up for baby showers. We may never take you to the coast and take a photo against that baby bum. We fall short of your expectation. Maybe our dress code in campus is rag tag. Maybe unappealing. Maybe we miss a few words in pronunciation and once in a while even when we try saying "babe" you on

𝐍𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞.
A father said to his daughter “You have graduated with honors, here is a car I bought many years ago.
It is a bit older now but before I give it to you, take it to the used car lot downtown and tell them you want to sell it and see how much they offer you for it.

The daughter went to the used car lot, returned to her father and said, “They offered me $1,000 because they said it looks pretty worn out.”

The father said, now “Take it to the pawn shop.” The daughter went to the pawn shop, returned to her father and said,”The pawn shop offered only $100 because it is an old car.”

The father asked his daughter to go to a car club now and show them the car. The daughter then took the car to the club, returned and told her father,” Some people in the club offered $100,000 for it because it’s a Holden Torana and it's an iconic car and sought by many collectors”

Now the father said this to his daughter, “The right place values you the right way,” If you are not valued, do not be angry, it means you are in the wrong place. Those who know your value are those who appreciate you. Never stay in a place where no one sees your value.

"According to Psychologists, there are four types of Intelligence:

1) Intelligence Quotient (IQ)
2) Emotional Quotient (EQ)
3) Social Quotient (SQ)
4) Adversity Quotient (AQ)

1. Intelligence Quotient (IQ): this is the measure of your level of comprehension. You need IQ to solve math's, memorize things, and recall lessons.

2. Emotional Quotient (EQ): this is the measure of your ability to maintain peace with others, keep to time, be responsible, be honest, respect boundaries, be humble, genuine and considerate.

3. Social Quotient (SQ): this is the measure of your ability to build a network of friends and maintain it over a long period of time.

People that have higher EQ and SQ tend to go further in life than those with a high IQ but low EQ and SQ. Most schools capitalize on improving IQ levels while EQ and SQ are played down.

A man of high IQ can end up being employed by a man of high EQ and SQ even though he has an average IQ.

Your EQ represents your Character, while your SQ represents your Charisma. Give in to habits that will improve these three Qs, especially your EQ and SQ.

Now there is a 4th one, a new paradigm:

4. The Adversity Quotient (AQ): The measure of your ability to go through a rough patch in life, and come out of it without losing your mind.

When faced with troubles, AQ determines who will give up, who will abandon their family, and who will consider su***de.

Parents please expose your children to other areas of life than just Academics. They should adore manual labour (never use work as a form of punishment), Sports and Arts.

Develop their IQ, as well as their EQ, SQ and AQ. They should become multifaceted human beings able to do things independently of their parents.

*Thinking Humanity*
I have been reading great insights written by Wandi Jade in the article *Thinking Humanity* The writer pens down insights on building successful institutions. The writer points out clearly that,

*"An environment that is not safe to disagree in is not an environment focused on learning and growth, it is an environment focused on control."*

Indeed in any organization , disagreement among coworkers is inevitable and in many cases, healthy. Even questioning the leadership has its place, as long as the discussion is respectful.

The most effective teams and organizations regularly disagree. However, traditional work cultures have conditioned us to think that everyone should agree with everything and the ones with any opposing view point are labeled as trouble makers. But if everyone always agree, how do you know what people are actually thinking?

The worst thing for any organization is a leader who surrounds themselves with a sea of yes men and women who agree with everything. To build a great institution, there must be some sense of respectful disagreements among members of a team. Though it can be so disheartening to hear a team member disagree with your idea or strategy, it is important to listen to what they have to say.

In our institutions, we need to create safe work cultures that honour differences of opinion. The key is developing the right environment for productive debate to take place and allowing all team members to feel safe opening up. No one will ever have all the right answers and it is only through conversation, debate and yes even argument that those fundamental ideas come out and better decisions are made!

*Why are Blacks not Wealthy?*

Excerpts from an interview with a Jewish leader about Blacks.

INTERVIEWER:
Why are Blacks so behind Economically?

JEWISH LEADER:
The only thing Blacks understand is Consumption.

Blacks don't understand the importance of creating and building wealth.

The fundamental rule is to keep your money within your racial group.

We the Jews
- build Jewish business,
- hire Jewish,
- buy Jewish, and
- spend Jewish. There is nothing wrong with that but it is a basic rule Blacks cannot comprehend and follow.
"He kills his fellow Blacks daily instead of wanting to see his fellow Blacks succeed"

93% of Blacks killed in America are by other Blacks. The story is not different in Africa.

Their leaders steal from their people and send the money back to their colonial masters from whom they borrow the same money from.

Every successful Black wants to spend his money in the country of his colonial masters.

They
- go on holiday abroad,
- buy houses abroad,
- school abroad,
- go for medical treatment abroad, etc.
instead of spending this money in their own country to benefit their people.

Statistics show that the Jew's money exchanges hands 18 times before leaving his community while for Blacks it is probably a maximum of once or even zero.

Only 6% of Blacks money goes back into their community. This is why Jews are at the top and Blacks are at the bottom of every ladder of society.

Instead of buying
- Louis Vuitton,
- Hermes,
- expensive cars,
- shoes,
-houses,
-dresses, etc,
Blacks could
- industralize Africa,
- build banks and get rid of colonial institutions by putting them out of business.

INTERVIEWER:
What is your thought on the failure of Blacks after 150 yrs?

JEWISH LEADER:
Well, nothing is ever the Blackman's fault. His
- compulsive habit of killing his own to climb the economic ladder;
- compulsive material consumption;
- tendency to bring down fellow Blacks deemed successful or better disposed;
- His inability to build bu

HOW TO BEHAVE WHEN A KALENJIN MAN TAKES YOU HOME THIS TISEMBA 😁😂👇

1. Don’t slay too much, buy a skirt suit, Kalenjin shoes ( high heels za garrisa) and put weave or lines on your head. First impression is very important.

2. Always call his mother ‘Mama’ and his father ‘Baba’.

3. Always call his sisters ‘Kamati’ or ‘inloo’ and brothers ‘Bomuru’. This applies to his cousins

4. Behave well when you’re with the Mama and the Kamatis. Make sure you have their phone numbers

5. Know you clan, mother’s clan, names of your grand and great grand parents and where they originally lived. His father will ask you that.

6. Don’t be too quiet but also don’t talk too much. Be a Recho Ruto but also blend with a very small touch of Akothee.

7. Don’t pretend you ‘hear Kalenjin but can’t speak’. They will say ‘momenye ni wee bagule’

8. Do not overuse your phone. Do not receive too much calls or chat all day long. In fact get a mulika mwizi if possible.

9. Women always eat in the kitchen, men in the ‘big house’. Be the one serving the father and brothers food in the big house. Don’t forget to ask if ‘salt is okey in the food’.

10. If the father doesn’t finish his Ugali always ask him “ibak meomishe ooh baba kalyan?”. It shows you’re caring

11. Wake up early always, and wear a lesso everytime.

12. Ask where church is, in whose house is ‘Tuiyetab Kasitab Ang’wan’, etc

13. Kamatishek will always try to ‘measure’ your attitude. Be careful how you respond to them.

14. Always offer to take care of those small small village bills, those under 100bob canteen stuff(salt, soap etc).

15. Punguza kingeresa mingi na catwalks. In fact avoid completely.

16. Don’t talk politics but you can talk a little bit about BBI.

17. Buy something for the children. If children like you (Aunty) everyone in the home will like you and vice versa. Teach them songs and memory verses after dinner. Even if you don’t know the Bible at least memorize John 3:16.

To my friends joining elective politics in 2022. Kindly, ensure you have the following at the earliest, as in, even today:

√A robust social media team of utmost 3 people (Including graphic designer, text editor: can be outsourced)

√A very good camera/smartphone(s).

√A media liaison officer to network you with local radios at the shortest notice & push your views in every news item especially at night and early morning (6 am-8.00 am)

√ An honest think tank, to direct your points and dovetail them to local issues/ challenges.

√Opinion shapers/Influencers in almost every village. Include male elders past 60 years.

√Chief MOBILIZER(Gets the crowds/gauges the public mood before visit)

√RESOURCE mobilizer

√A local research assistant( to keep you thoroughly informed on the current affairs).

√A personal assistant with razor-sharp interpersonal relation skills.

√An office/nerve centre.

√A women wing/caucus in your secretariat. Women are very HONEST, DETERMINED, COMMITTED and they always GIVE what they PROMISE. They are good at keeping promises, including when they promise to give you...

√ At least a car OR 3 motorbikes on standby OR both.

NB:

√ Social media doesn't have to be a propaganda mill or a vituperative factory ran by militia or mud-slingers. Nope. Updating people on your programs and missions is enough. Proliferation of smartphones nearly in every home, has changed news access, making every information available in real-time.

√ Focus on the small churches, where if you give Sadaka of Ksh 500/1000, it makes a difference. Unlike the big ones.

√. Stay away from( reject the temptation of) sleeping around with people's wives. It's cobra-effect is unmitigatable especially in the village.

√ Carry at least 10K, in 50 shilling notes every time you are around the villages. Because problems there are small, yet very critical. They must be solved at random. Like mafuta, sugar, matchbox, Panadol, a book etc. That 100 maybe your phone credit, but
