Today is world albinism awareness day. I celebrate all people with albinism, their triumphs and achievements are a great milestone. Their parents and siblings who let them be.
I celebrate my family the six of us with albinism
Quick facts about us
1. We have to wear sunscreen daily to avoid sunburn.
2. We are predisposed to skin cancer if we don't wear sunscreen.
3. It's totally a bad idea hiding from thieves in the dark with us... The bad guys will easily spot us. 🤣
4. We can't be undercover police, we don't blend in crouds, we stand out in crouds like a stung Lowe lip😜
5. Under the laws of Kenya we are fall under the category of persons with disabilities.

Inclusivity in talanta Hela should be done ✅
Inclusivity should be done everywhere including music . For example in tharaka nithi county we have kamatungu school for the Deaf in tharaka constituency. Those children are very talented. Where can they showcase it.
Ababu Namwamba should also consider nominated an artist with disability as an affirmative action and fair representation
We know know every child has a potential which need to be supported from the early age upwards .
Talanta Hela representative at the county level should trace minority groups and give them appropriate and fair consideration.
