Am Emanuel Kaseyi from Sirongo village. The boy above is Ronald Reagan. He has a single poor mother as a parent. When he sat for his KCPE ,he scored 328 marks. The Mother had nothing, from the little I earn, I took him to Akoko secondary school because I heard they were sponsoring students. I was promised to get sponsorship in third term if he performs well. He did it to position 24 out of 385 students, but nothing. I therefore request well wishers to help me pay the fees.
