**A Prayer for Unity in Leadership:**
Our Almighty father in heaven,
Gracious and Merciful Divine,
We bow before you, seeking solace and wisdom,
In a time when division clouds our vision,
And unity in leadership seems distant.
Grant our leaders clarity in thought,
Empower them to set aside personal agendas,
And embrace the greater good of our nation,
Uniting hearts and minds with a common purpose.
May understanding prevail over discord,
And compassion guide their decisions,
Leading us on a path of harmony and progress,
Where differences strengthen rather than divide.
Help us, as a nation, to support our leaders,
With respect, empathy, and unwavering faith,
Knowing that through unity and cooperation,
We can overcome any challenge that befalls us.
We entrust our hopes and aspirations to Your divine grace,
That our leaders may be a beacon of light in times of tumult,
Guiding us towards a future where peace and prosperity reign,
And unity in leadership is not merely a dream, but a reality.
