2006年より東京にて活動開始。
2009年に兵庫県姫路市に拠点を移す。

自主企画イベントMeeting Pointを主催。
その他、西新宿にて「廃校フェス」、埼玉スタジアムにて「ぐるぐる回る」などの音楽フェスにオーガナイザーとして参加。

2012年秋より音楽レーベルを開始予定。
第一弾として京都在住のシンガーソングライター・桜井まみ（元audio safari）の1stアルバム『寝耳に銀の刺繍』を2012年10月15日（月）に発売します。
