We are so excited to announce that London-based virtuoso keyboard player, composer, collaborator, and producer Joe Armon-Jones is set to take to venues across Japan in November as “TSUBAKI fm presents Joe Armon-Jones Japan Tour 2024.”

ロンドンを拠点に活動するキーボードプレイヤー、作曲家、コラボレーター、プロデューサーのJoe Armon-Jonesが、11月にジャパンツアー【TSUBAKI fm presents Joe Armon-Jones Japan tour 2024】をスタート！

The tour will kick off on November 20th with a trio of shows in Tokyo, Kyoto and Nagoya.トリオ編成で迎える11月20日の東京・WWWXを皮切りに、京都・Club METRO、名古屋・24PILLARSの3か所にて開催。

A few weeks back we were lucky to have her do a guest feature on Monday Tsubaki (15th July) with , taking us on a journey through her varied musical influences, selecting a vibrant and eclectic mix of tracks infused with soulful Disco, Jazz-Funk, Boogie, Electronic and House.

Highly acclaimed by producers and DJs all across the world, Sapporo based Kuniyuki Takahashi is holding a special live event in collaboration with Mujuryoku session and Tsubaki fm

has been captivating listeners for years with a distinctive sound, and is notorious in the electronic community for his love of producing music that fuses various styles, notably deep house and electronic music. ☄️

Not only will Kuniyuki deliver a live set in his unique style combining improvisation and dance music, he will be joined in doing so by session partner Hiroshi Watanabe , a legendary Japanese electronic artist with 25 years of experience and mutiple releases under Germany’s largest electronic label Kompakt. TSUBAKI FM DJs and will also join the two for the incredible night of contemporary Japanese dance music on the 2nd August.

All of this will take place at 無重力セッション an experimental space for sound and art, lined with 10 units of ADAM Audio’s flagship speakers installed for this event. 🔊

Tracing the Lines with International Anthem - presented by TSUBAKI fm

TSUBAKI fm welcomes Alejandro Ayala from International Anthem Recording Company (IARC), a Chicago-born music label that produces and promotes progressive media.

On this special evening, we will explore the label’s background and hear stories from its 9-year history. Ayala will share two yet-to-be-announced albums and discuss IARC’s outlook for 2024. Join us and immerse yourself in the essence of International Anthem.

Alejandro Ayala is a curator, organizer, educator, and dedicated Chicagoan. Known to many by his DJ name King Hippo, Ayala hosts shows on Lumpen Radio and Gilles Peterson’s Worldwide FM. For two decades he’s been a highly active event producer & promoter, having produced events for myriad artists across Chicago’s diverse landscape of venues. Currently Ayala works as Head of Communication + Community for the International Anthem record label, where he’s been a creative engineer behind album campaigns for Damon Locks’ Black Monument Ensemble, jaimie branch, and Junius Paul, in addition to acting as photographer-in-residence, and co-producing three albums by Makaya McCraven.

🔸Kamaal Williams Japan tour 2024🔸

, a musician/producer from South London, who has become an indispensable figure in the “UK jazz” scene will be touring Japan this March. While the tour is organized by TSUBAKI fm, Kamaal will tour alongside his album release “Stings” in the same month.
Starting with a solo show at (Tokyo), the tour takes on the quartet to (Tokyo), (Kyoto), and (Nagoya).
 6th March – Piano solo show at BAROOM Tokyo 7th March – Band show at WWWX Tokyo 8th March – Band show at METRO Kyoto 9th March – Band show at 24PILLARS Nagoya
