MARU Media, a Shibuya-based creative agency and video production company, is looking for a motivated and creative Project Manager to join our team. We specialize in producing visually compelling content through video production, photoshoots, CG/VFX, and design. If you’re passionate about the creative industry and excited to work on diverse projects that elevate brands, this could be the perfect fit for you!
● Role Overview
As a Project Manager at MARU Media, you’ll be responsible for handling client communication, preparing schedules, and overseeing projects from concept to completion. From video productions and photoshoots to CG/VFX campaigns, you’ll manage a variety of exciting projects, collaborating with both internal teams and external members to ensure smooth ex*****on and delivery.
● What We’re Looking For
・Basic understanding of content production, including video, photography, and design
・Native Japanese speaker with excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with clients, team members, and external collaborators
・Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects with ease
・Eager to learn and grow within the creative industry
・Comfortable working full-time from our Shibuya office
・Ability to work with Adobe tools like Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as creating documents in Google Slides
● Additional Skills (a plus)
・Basic proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, and Adobe Illustrator
・Willingness to expand your skillset and take on new challenges
・Bilingual proficiency in English is a strong advantage
