YOGA🧘♀️ in Temple🛕🪷☸️
Becoming a private yoga teacher for almost four years has been an incredible time; much easier since I have time to prepare for what students need, what they want to work on, or what they feel they need from their private yoga lessons.
Last week was challenging for me,
I taught basic yoga in a temple to a group of FF (Friendship Force )members from Spokane, Washington state, USA, before they started standing meditation with my husband.
Through Yoga, I discovered that my purpose in life is to Heal people, And it's not about how much I earn but how much I make them happy and feel refreshed after guiding, aligning their bodies during savasana, and putting oils on their neck, forehead, temples, behind ears, wrist, and ankle. And ending with Mantra (Om Shanti shanti shanti) means Peace in body, mind, spirit,and universe.
The theme was, Now that you have started toward your goal, let’s continue patiently from here. Keep doing it until you feel, find, or notice something: an answer, a response, or a hint. If you don't get results, there is a reason why you don't, so do it until you find out why. If you are unsatisfied with the results, you should try to reach a satisfactory level. Understand the importance of perseverance and continuity. You will keep going to get some answers. If you're coasting along (not asking for anything)or doing it because you don't want to, ask yourself if you will accomplish that goal. You can keep doing what you wish; the hard stuff will become less complicated and more interesting, and you will know how to enjoy it. Let’s not make efforts with frowns on our brows but rather have fun.

We all know the benefits of exercising during pregnancy for both you and the baby.But let’s face it, it’s not always easy to stay motivated to workout specially during pregnancy.
