Where do I start? It seems that every few months we find ourselves right back here to me making a post like this . However it has to be done because if I was on the outside looking in I would want to know what is going on quality wise if I was looking at a product/service for creating content. I'm not going to to use maledictions on here but at this point this is outright ridiculous. The main question here is why do you have customers paying a monthly subscription for something that you know does not work properly. 4 years ago it was easy to export 45+ minutes of content in 4k to almost any mobile device within minutes even though the app had bugs then also. Now its taking me at least 3 weeks to export 3 minutes of content at about 500+ MB. 🤷🏿♂ I can't access my own data that I shot on my device as a creator, literally 100s of hours of content because of some stupid errors. I highly doubt that our devices are the problem when so many people online are complaining about the same issues in the reviews. I want to apologize to all my viewers because I'm really working hard to get through this issue but the support behind this product and app is literally terrible. I'm losing revenue on my main channel every day because of this. This is happening way too frequently now. Do you understand that you WILL lose customers over this. This is really ridiculous and just outright re****ed. At this point I see a $400 stone that I'm about to throw in the garbage. Also by the way the responses I've seen to the issues online from you guys make absolutely no sense and are not proactive at all. Every time you update this POS you make it worse. 🖕🏿
