TeamLab Planets is a digital art museum located in Toyosu, Tokyo, Japan.
We already went there 2 years ago (https://youtu.be/cSY_2-JFD5w) but they added new rooms to their museum.
So we went back there last July 2021.

It’s been a very long time since we last posted.
We got really busy in the past few months 😅

Anyway, here’s a short video on our stay at Kandaya Resort, a luxury resort in the North of Cebu, which was by the way a gift from my lovely colleagues at work ❤️

I highly recommend this resort if you want to get away from the busy city life.

This is a very late post.
This video was taken last May during the Golden Week 2021.
We went to Ashikaga Flower Park, known for it’s Wisteria flowers (Fuji no hana) blooming in the beginning of May.
The park is about 9 hectares that showcases mainly the beauty of wisteria as well as many other flowers. Right in the middle of the park stands a huge sprawling wisteria, known as the Great Miracle Wisteria, that is over 140 years old. Souvenir shops can also be found inside the park as well as food stalls where the visitors can enjoy the taste of a wisteria soft ice cream, perfect for the season.

teamLab is known for its interactive digital art exhibitions and Digitized Nature projects.
One of their Digitized Nature projects is the Kairakuen Garden of Mito, Ibaraki.

Sakura in Japan

Sakura in Tokyo usually blooms from last week of March to first week of April and only lasts for 2 weeks.
It was already late for central Tokyo but luckily, we were able to catch the beauty of Sakura in Mito, Ibaraki prefecture.

is a group of islands located east of Cebu and southwest of Leyte.
Boasting its natural caves, great white sand beaches, lakes and falls,
it's is also one of the most budget-friendly destinations in Cebu.

Tokyo Disneyland is one of my favorite places to go to here in Japan.
Just being there would make all my worries go away 😊
And who doesn’t love Disney?
Anyway, I was at Tokyo Disneyland last Dec. 31, 2021 together with my friend Sheila to end the year at the happiest place in Tokyo! 😊

Yomiuriland, just 30 minutes away from Shinjuku, is Tokyo’s largest amusement park that offers cherry blossoms in spring, pools in summer and illumination in winter.

To get to Yomiuriland from Shinjuku, get on a Keio Line train bound for Chofu station and at Chofu station, transfer to a local train that stops at every station until it arrives at Keio Yomiuriland station.
Upon arriving at Yomiuriland station, ride a Gondola to get to the Yomiuriland entrance.

We only availed the Night Pass (Night admission + unli rides) to see the Jewellumination offered by the park in winter.
We were only able to try the Standing & Loop Coaster and the Bandit Roller Coaster but it was already satisfying.

The market holds various seafoods from classic tuna or salmon sashimi to countless varieties of foods such as fish eggs, crabs, shrimps and many more.

Yamadera, a temple located in the mountains of Yamagata City.
To reach the temple grounds, visitors must hike up the stone path of 1000 steps for around 30 minutes. The breathtaking view is worth the hike. 😉
