A Must-Try Japanese Food 🍱🇯🇵

Let’s eat some Gyukatsu 🥩(Beef Cutlet)
Gyukatsu is a deep-fried beef cutlet that is traditionally made with wagyu beef.

A very popular destination to try some Gyukatsu is this place called 📍Gyukatsu Motomura where their main branch is located in Shinjuku just 3-minutes walk from Shinjuku Station South Exit.

As of now, they have 23 branches in Japan 🇯🇵 They don’t accept reservations except with the main branch. You can book it in advance thru online or you can just go there & hope that there’s vacant seats just like what we did. We waited for about less than 10-minutes.

Price Range :¥2,000-¥3,000 full set without drinks

Nerikiri (練り切り)

🌸Nerikiri is a delicate, moist type of wagashi Japanese confectionery.

🌸It is made out of sweetened white bean paste and glutinous rice flower.

🌸Each piece is hand-sculpted by hand into beautiful designs that use not only traditional motifs, such as flowers and plants, but also elements commonly found in contemporary life, such as home-cooked food, events and animals.

🌸It's often served at tea ceremonies, but also make for a sweet snack for any time!

Fuji. The Matsuda Cherry Blossom Festival is currently being held . It started on the 3rd of Feb and will last until 3rd of March.
