Today’s dinner:
- steak with gravy
- sautéed scallops with veggies
- sourdough bread using spelt flour
- mushroom soup with shio koji

The spelt flour was very similar to regular whole wheat flour in texture and taste but so far has not given me the “sugar attack” or sleepiness I usually get after eating bread😃

I am having a hard and busy time at work recently (as I always do at this time of the year). Sorry I haven’t been able to make videos recently. I believe in the importance of delicious and healthy meals to support ourselves physically and mentally through tough times. So I’ve been trying to design healthy and delicious meals that are easy to prepare during this difficult time. Peace✌️

The roast beef was amazing!

Today’s dinner:
Nabe with spicy tonkotsu soup, veggies, oysters, beef offal, pork offal, chicken meat balls, salmon, and pork belly slices. The soup was amazing.
