JUST IN: The Senate has approved an unnumbered resolution calling for the suspension of the implementation of the revised IACAT guidelines for outbound Filipino travelers.

The chamber also approved a separate unnumbered resolution authorizing the Senate President to file on behalf of the Senate a petition asking the Supreme Court to issue a temporary restraining order against the updated rules, if deemed necessary.
