ဒီအပတ်မှာတော့ IP ဆိုတာဘာလဲ? ဘာလို့ virtual youtuber/virtual singer နဲ့သက်ဆိုင်တာလဲ? ကိုရှင်းပြပေးသွားမှာပါ

Intellectual Property (IP) ဆိုတာ ဖန်တီးမှု၊ ဒီဇိုင်းနဲ့ အနုပညာလက်ရာတွေကို ကာကွယ်ပေးတဲ့ ဥပဒေ လို့အလွယ်ခေါ်လို့ရပါတယ်။

Vtuber ဆိုတာကြ တော့ online platforms တွေပေါ်မှာ fans တွေကို entertain လုပ်ရတဲ့ public figures တွေလိုပြောလို့ရပါတယ်။

Vtuber တစ်ယောက်အတွက်လိုအပ်တဲ့ character design တွေ, assets တွေ ကိတော့ artistတွေ, designerတွေ က ဖန်တီပေးကြပါတယ်။

ဒီ character design and assets တွေကို ဘယ်သူပိုင်လဲ ဘယ်သူကအသုံးပြုနိုင်လဲ ဘယ်လိုသုံးနိုင်လဲ ဆိုတဲ့ အရာ တွေကို IP လိုခေါ်တဲ့ Intellectual Property ကထိန်းကွပ် ပေးပါတယ်။

Vtuber/Singer တစ်ယောက်ရဲ့ IP ဟာ indie vtuber ဆိုရင် တော့ vtuber ကိုယ်တိုင်ဖြစ်စေ orignial artist ဖြစ်စေ အခြေအနေ အမျိုးမျိုးပေါ်မူတည်ပီး ပိုင်ဆိုင်မှု ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်ပါတယ်။ company/agency လက် အောက်မှာရှိတဲ့ Vtuber/Singer IP တွေတော့ များသောအားဖြင့် company/agency အပိုင် တွေဖြစ်ကြပါတယ်။

IP တစ်ခုဟာဆိုရင် ရှိပီးသား artwork ဖြစ် စေ music ဖြစ် စေ character ဖြစ် စေ စတဲ့ Vtuber/Singer နဲ့တိုက်ရိုက်ဆိုင်တဲ့ property right တွေကို ခိုးယူသုံးဆွဲခြင်းမခံရအောင် ဥပဒေအရကာကွယ်ပေးပါတယ်။

VTuber နဲ့ အဆိုတော်တွေအနေနဲ့ IP ပြဿနာတွေကို ရှောင်ရှားဖို့အတွက် အရေးကြီးတာက ရှင်းလင်းတဲ့စာချုပ်စာတမ်းတွေ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ပိုင်ဆိုင်မှုအပေါ် သေချာရေးသားထားတဲ့ စာချုပ်တွေရဲ့ အကူအညီနဲ့ အနာဂတ်မှာအငြင်းပွားမှုတွေကို ရှောင်ရှားနိုင်ပါလိမ့်မယ်။ ထို့အပြင် IP ဥပဒေကျွမ်းကျင်သူတွေနဲ့ တိုင်ပင်ကာ လိုအပ်ချက်တွေကို သေချာထားဖို့လည်း အရေးကြီးပါတယ်။

IP ဆိုတာ VTuber တွေ ၊ Vsinger တွေ နဲ့ အနုပညာရှင်တွေအတွက် ဖန်တီးမှု အခွင့်အရေးကို ကာကွယ်ပေးတဲ့ အရေးကြီးတဲ့ အရာတစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ သူတို့ရဲ့ အနုပညာလက်ရာတွေကို ကာကွယ်ဖို့၊ အောင်မြင်မှုရယူဖို့ အတွက် IP အကြောင်း နားလည်မှုနဲ့ အရေးထားမှုဟာ မရှိမဖြစ် အရေးကြီးပါတယ်။

ကျနော်တို့ arrivirtual ဟာဆိုရင်လဲ ကျနော်တို့ကိုယ်ပိုင်ရှိနေတဲ့ IP တွေပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်လာအောင် IP အသစ်တွေဖြစ်လာအောင် ကြိုးစားလျက်ရှိပါတယ်။

Utaite ဆိုတာဘာလဲ။ vtuber လား။ singer နဲ့ဘာကွာလဲ။ utaite ကနေsinger ကောဖြစ်လာနိုင်လား။
