Majority of us works for somebody and as part of employee benefits, they offer an access to participate in retirement plans - 401k, or 403b. But do they really explain to us what will happen to our money? Most only know that the money we contribute now will not be taxed, so we will be on a "lower tax-bracket".... but does it really lower your taxes now???
