Nel primo numero di ISR (2011, Vol.1, n.1) è stato pubblicato l'articolo di Paola Di Nicola, Sandro Stanzani e Luigi Tronca "Personal Networks as Social Capital: a Research Strategy to Measure Contents and Forms of Social Support".

Editor in chief: Paola di Nicola

Paola Di Nicola è professore ordinario di sociologia dei processi culturali e comunicativi presso il Dipartimento di Scienze Umane dell'Università di Verona.

Da anni conduce ricerche teoriche ed empiriche sui cambiamenti dei modelli familiari, sia a livello macro (cambiamenti da punto di vista demografico e socio- economico), che a livello micro:mutamenti nelle relazioni di coppia, tra le generazioni e nelle forme della genitorialità.

Paola Di Nicola ha sviluppato un rilevante percorso di ricerca teorico ed empirico sul tema della genesi del paradigma di rete e sulla morfogenesi delle reti personali nella società globale.
