You could imagine “consiglieri” of the Patron spending these past years searching for producers who would fit the imprint perfectly. All artists were carefully curated in the hunt for productions that can be both dance floor orientated as well as avant-garde at the same time. With this, Patron wants to create a guild of artists and a platform where there’s more room for experiment. Although based
in Amsterdam, Patron doesn’t necessarily focus on artists from this area. The label is ambitious in building an international crew of artists around the imprint. This brought curator De Sluwe Vos to the German producer ENNIO, who is releasing the very first Patron EP in May 2017. ENNIO is also chosen to be a participant for this year's Red Bull Music Academy. All Patron releases are distributed by the highly acclaimed Clone digital platform. Patron Records
