A massive thank you to all our brilliant scientists, artists, and filmmakers who brought their passion and talents to the table, and to our mentors who guided us through this journey. You've truly shown how the beauty of science can light up the big screen!

This year for the first time SciFilmIt went international! 🌎 Geneva's Hackaton took place in parallel with Bogotá's (Colombia) on the 24th,25th, and 26th of September 2021.

Now you will have the opportunity to discover six short science films created at Campus Biotech, Geneva, and two selected short science films created at Los Andes University, Bogotá!

¡ SciFilmIt ahora es internacional! 🌎 Cruzando continentes para llegar hasta Bogotá - Colombia 🇨🇴, y para esta edición la Universidad de los Andes será el anfitrión.

👾 En la Hackatón SciFilmIt se hacen cortometrajes sobre ciencia.
Durante los próximos 24, 25 y 26 de septiembre investigadores y artistas combinan sus conocimientos para producir cortometrajes científicos de 3 a 4 minutos y medio de duración 🔬📽🎧🧶.

Los dos cortometrajes ganadores serán proyectados en el Auditorium Arditi de Ginebra el 10 de octubre de 2021.

The hackathon in Bogota will take place from 24-26 September at Universidad de Los Andes. Most excitingly the Geneva and Bogota teams will be able to virtually meet each other and exchange experiences! 🙌
