It's time for one more news. This time we speak about a brand new title from a brand new collaboration.
AN-2407 Yamamoto Trio - Blues for K
It's a double 33rpm in 1-step, limited to about 800 numbered copies.
It's cut by Scott Hull - we got from the owner also the original session files of Kannari San (original TBM engineer) - equivalent of "session tapes".
The AN-2407 is including both original SCLP-1062 and 1063.
It can be ready before Christmas or soon after it.

The super famous Divox title with Carmigliola and Sonatori de la Gioiosa Marca will have a special 30th anniversary edition.

AN-2404 Jazz at the Pawnshop Vol.2
2x 33rpm, full session tapes content + bonus track.
Unlike Jazz at the Pawnshop (whose session tapes are no longer available - since tens of years), the Vol.2 comes from the session tapes. These two tapes contain almost 1 hour of music, so all standard vinyl versions made so far excluded "In a mellow tone" track, to make it possible in 1 single 33rpm. We included it. Then, having one free side (Side D), we also added a bonus track, "Jeep's blues" take 2, a very slow, long and emotional version taken from the 7" tape recorded on December 7th 1976. It seems to be the very last played track. The group played it just for pleasure and very few people. We also left almost 4 mins of background "noise" with chats, speeches, etc., what recorded till the end of the tape: Palmcrantz did not stop the recording.
Available in autumn, you can pre-order it now. Pressed at Optimal in standard 3-step process and at standard double LP price.

And now we start the news on vinyl. The first title coming in Autumn is:
AN-2403 Joculatores Upsaliensis - Early music at Wik.
Originally BIS LP-3 from 1974, it is one of the very first recordings of Robert von Bahr. It's a simple two mics analog recording, and an almost forgotten pearl. Since 2024 is the 50th anniversary of this very nice recording, we decided to re-propose this. Robert remembers the huge fun in doing this LP with a not professional but very good group of people. They are 26 tracks.
This is a single 33rpm in our standard gatefold.

AN-2401 Belafonte at Carnegie Hall - MONO Edition, double 33rpm, 1-Step.
Optimized for stereo cartridges. Only 300 pieces. Only a few (very low numbers) available from us.
September 2024.
Being a 3 track recording, we did it from the same original downmix stereo we used for the Tape (AN-2305-RTR) and UHQCD (AN-2306-UHQ).

After Munich we have been super busy with AN-2202 deliveries and new titles.
Jazz at the Pawnshop 45rpm box set is almost sold out from our side, you find something from our distributors, it sold in amazing way. With incredible feedbacks. We still have a very few copies with SN below #50.
And 3 new UHQCDs are coming after summer, now in production and pressing flow.
