Here’s one of our favourite clips from this week’s episode with Andreea Magdalina 🧠

In this clip, she discusses her experiences of sexism within the industry; a key factor that drove her to create the successful and large-scale non-profit organisation, shesaid.so.

The shesaid.so community consists of women and gender minorities from all sectors of the music industry: from record labels, artist management companies, and booking agencies, through to technology platforms, creative agencies, composers, artists and more. shesaid. The initiative helps to create unity between gender minorities and empower female communities for the benefit of driving change, and a more equal music industry.
