Firenze , presentazione nuove annate delle varie doc Chianti diverse dal Chianti Classico, e del ; ci ha colpito la freschezza e l'eleganza dei vini di alcune aziende del Chianti Rufina, le cui vigne, situate ad una maggiore altitudine, ed esposte ad una ventilazione settentrionale più fresca, producono alccuni Chianti con ottima beva, erbaceei ma di grande eleganza; altrettanto ci ha sorpreso la salinità e la freschezza di alcuni dei Morellini di Scansano, che bilanciano la potenza e la struttura del Sangiovese coltivato in Maremma, con i sentori mediterranei che le brezze marine apportano
