How times have changed
The famous actor Arnold Schwarzenegger

He posted a photo of himself sleeping on the street, under his famous bronze statue, and sadly wrote:

The reason he wrote the phrase was not only because he was old, but because when he was governor of California he inaugurated that hotel with his statue.

The hotel management told Arnold that "you can come at any time and you will always have a separate room for yourself."

When Arnold resigned as governor and wanted to stay at the hotel one day, the administration refused to give him a room, arguing that he would have to pay because the hotel was almost full.

He brought a “Sleeping Bag” and lay down under the statue and explained what he wanted to convey: “When I was in an important position, they always congratulated me, and when I lost this position, they forgot about me and did not keep their promise. Do not rely on your position or the amount of money you have, or your power, or your intelligence, that will not last.”

Trying to teach everyone that when you are "Important" in people's eyes, everyone is your "Friend". But once you don't benefit or serve their interests, you won't matter.

Here are some morning routines that can boost your productivity

You will come across a lot many people who advice on certain morning rituals to perform, in order to be a productive individual. Here are my two cents on how you can become more productive, by encompassing a few activities.

Firstly, when you wake up, make your bed. I can’t emphasise enough how important this routine is. It will help you create a comfortable environment visually, which will assist in decluttering your mind. Moreover, you don’t want to spend the rest of the day working, and then coming back to a shabby bed. Next, make yourself a nice cup of coffee/tea(whichever is your preference). While I am sipping on my morning beverage, I usually read something of value. This is a fifteen-minute procedure. You can read anything that will add value like news, finance, education etc. Lastly, do yoga/meditation with effective breathing techniques, to receive the required oxygen levels in your body for mental strength. Doctors in the house I need your help

As soon as i drink water, I urinate and then I feel thirsty, i drink water again and the cycle continues. On top of that my urine is transparent, seems like pure water. Is this normal? NOTE: I urinate after approximately. 20 min of drinking water. Is it normal?
