Tip: After parboiling your potatoes, give them a light shake in the pan to rough up the edges. This helps create that crispy texture when roasted!

How to Do It:

Parboil the potatoes for 7-10 minutes.

Drain and let them steam for a minute.

Gently shake the potatoes in the pan to fluff the edges.

Let’s settle the debate once and for all! Some say pineapple doesn’t belong anywhere near a pizza, while others swear by the sweet and savory combination. Here's a simple recipe for Hawaiian Pizza for all you pineapple lovers out there (and maybe a challenge for the skeptics!):
Ingredients:
Pizza dough
Tomato sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Ham slices
Pineapple chunks
Oregano & chili flakes (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
Spread tomato sauce on the pizza dough and top with mozzarella cheese.
