Some personnel of the anti-robbery unit of the Ghana Police Service quickly responded and were involved in a standoff against an unidentified group of armed robbers at the Rahama Forex Bureau LTD in Lapaz, following a foiled robbery attempt.
Eyewitness reports indicate a female staff of the forex bureau was held hostage whilst police attempted a rescue and arrest of the group.
