OHM – wychowany przez gorące źródła na Islandii. Mieszka w Kopenhadze.

DJ, producent, poszukiwacz talentów. Jedna z czołowych postaci islandzkiej, współczesnej sceny elektronicznej. Ohm pozostaje wierny swoim korzeniom, konsekwentnie interpretując techno na nowo.

W 1999 roku jego debiutancka płyta powstała we współpracy z islandzką legendą techno – Exos – wydana przez Force Inc spotkała się z uznaniem krytyków. Stały gość legendarnego klubu techno Culture Box w Kopenhadze. Gra na całym świecie w klubach i na festiwalach od około 20 lat.

Wydał się ponad 20 razy, w tym dla labeli takich jak: Thule records, Rawax, Kontakt, Solid Groove., Taped Artifact, Ranges, Vade Mecum. Założył własną wytwórnię winylową – OHM Series.

OHM (Bjarnar Jónsson) – veteran Icelandic/Danish techno producer, based in Copenhagen. DJ and producer Ohm is one of the leading figures in the Icelandic contemporary techno scene. Widely associated with iconic labels. Ohm stays true to his roots by consistently innovating his interpretation of techno music, integrating soul and innovation with the scene.

The Copenhagen-based artist was born and raised in Reykjavík and caught the music bug early on. In 1999 his debut release, a collaboration with the Icelandic techno legend Exos, was released on Force Inc, and was critically acclaimed. Regular guest at the legendary techno club Culture Box in Copenhagen. Musician playing around the world in clubs and festivals over the last 20 years or so.

Labels: Force inc, Thule Records, Rawax, Kontakt, Solid Groove, Taped Artifact, Ranges, Vade Mecum. Now Bjarnar runs his own vinyl label called OHM Series.
