The people living in Yingkiong town, belonging to the 40 Mariyang-Geku Constituency, had an advanced New Year picnic party on Thursday 14-12-2023.The event was graciously hosted by their Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) Shri Kanggong Taku 40-Mariyang Geku(ST) Assembly Constituency. The picnic, held at Tekseng farm house (3 km from the Yingkiong town ) was attended by a large number of local residents. The festivities commenced with a warm welcome by the MLA, who expressed his delight at being able to bring the community together in such a joyous manner. In his address, the MLA emphasized the significance of unity and harmony in building a strong and prosperous society.
