JIO: A Disheartening Experience
__________________________________
There can't be a worse Internet service provider than JIO.
I have several reasons to say this, but let me start with the most critical: its extremely poor and unreliable connectivity and speed. But first, consider these points:
1. I once had a JIO connection that I surrendered after settling the payment. I repeatedly emailed them to collect their set-top box, but nothing happened. Months later, their executives started calling sporadically to retrieve the box. Despite multiple requests, they never responded to my emails, showing their complete lack of coordination.
2. JIO’s customer service is a nightmare to reach. Recently, I had an issue with an Amazon order, and it was resolved quickly with help available on their website, chat, and even a call. Mukeshbhai's JIO, while excellent at making money, has yet to learn the basics of customer service.
3. In my society, JIO consistently fails to deliver the promised speed and uninterrupted service. It's not just me—our society's WhatsApp group is often flooded with complaints about JIO.
4. At home, every task requiring the Internet takes five to six times longer than it does at my office, where we have an Airtel connection.
5. Our entire society is desperate for a trustworthy, dependable alternative to JIO so we can all switch together.
6. JIO started with the promise of revolutionizing Internet connectivity. We embraced it wholeheartedly, with better speed and cheaper services back then. But now? The speed, quality, and reliability have drastically declined, and we're stuck. Switching providers isn't easy.
7. I wish I could get rid of all my JIO connections once and for all.
8. But what options do I have? Why are service providers in my country so careless and profit-driven, with little regard for customer satisfaction?
This is truly disheartening.
