Today is the 1st of November. The start of the month.

In 2 months, we will be starting a new year.

Do you want to really improve your financial situation?

Lack of money is not the real problem.

It's only a symptom.

For many years I was not having enough money.

Whenever I used to take my wife out for a dinner, I would open the menu card, look on the right side and only order the cheapest item.

Why?

Because I did not have the cashflow, and there was not enough money in my bank to afford an expensive meal.

After going through a lot of personal development and learning from mentors, I realised that my lack of money was not the real problem.

It was only a symptom that was showing up.

The more I studied about this topic, I learned that there are 5 root causes reasons why people suffer from money problems:

If you think rich people are bad at the subconscious level, then you will not be able to attract money. You cannot attract what you despise. Even though consciously you may want to become rich, subconsciously you are repelling riches. Change this mindset first.

Poor money management is a root cause of being poor. If you cannot manage the small sums of money, how can the universe give you large sums of it? If a child cannot handle a single-scoop ice cream, the parent is never going to give a triple-scoop ice cream however much the child cries for it. That's how it works. You will be given more by God (or the universe), if you are able to be more responsible with what you already have.

Not "personally growing" is a root cause of being broke. If you are not willing to invest in your own personal growth and learning, how will you ever grow? You and your business will only grow to the extent that you do. If you are not investing in courses and training programs, you will remain stagnant at the same level. Don't be cheap on your journey to greatness. Invest in yourself. You are the best investment that you can make in.

Not having a mentor will keep you in a world of illusion. When you are on your own trying to figure things out by yourself, it's going to take you a very long time to achieve results through trial and error. Personally, I have wasted over 7 years of my life trying to figure things out on my own. Once I found my mentor and surrendered to his proven system, everything started to change. My income started to grow exponentially. This also has to do with EGO. People who have a big ego will not want mentors. They think they are too smart. And that's what keeps them broke.

Not developing new skills is also a root cause of not having money. You might have been successful 10 years ago, but if you are not adapting to the new world and building new skills, you will remain stagnant in your income. Constantly learning new skills and strategies is the key to sustainable growth in your income.
These are the 5 reasons why people remain broke and struggle.

But the good new is this...

You can change this, anytime.

All it takes is to make that one decision.

You need to be open.

You need to be willing to grow.

That's it.

I hope this made sense to you.

When more money comes in the hands of good people, more good can be done in this world.

Do not let your little fears inside stop you from contributing in a big way to this world.

Do not be a miser.

Think big.

Someone asked me... "what's the success rate in your community?" and my answer was this. It's the 80/20 rule.

The 80/20 rule or Pareto Principle is so powerful that it can be seen in every aspect of life and business, and it's so evident in my community too.

For example:

- If you generate 100 leads, only 20% percent will attend a webinar

- If 100 people attend your webinar, only 10% - 20% will buy your product

- If 100 people buy your product, only 20% will upgrade to your next level product

- If you have 100 students, only 20% will truly learn and apply the knowledge fully

- Out of 100 students who apply the knowledge fully, only 20% will actually become superstars

Just like in school... only the top 20% score 80% and above. Even in businesses, the top 20% of companies create 80% of the revenues.

In digital coaching also, the top 20% of experts will create 80% of the impact in the marketplace.

And our job as digital mentors is to first aim at being in the top 20% of the game and then push this law of averages as much as possible to ensure our students get results.

If success were that simple, everybody would be successful.

Decide. Commit. Act. Deliver the goods.

That's the only way to the top of any industry.

First off, I also want to wish you a Blessed Guru Poornima, because if you are my Student then you are a master yourself. And that is a great responsibility.

We are a very unique community of knowledge givers & takers ....

All what I'm doing would not be possible if not for the empowerment and guidance of my masters and mentors & the love with respect showed by my students from last 23 years...When I look back my Journey as a knowledge giver it gives me immense pleasure....

I pay my respects to all my masters and mentors on this beautiful day!

The role of a mentor/teacher/coach is such a beautiful one.

Because YOU are one yourself & WE are Unique...

It's a role where we will not be able to calculate the impact. We the Teacher build Society...We build our Future Generations.

If Thomas Scott did not mentor Andrew Carnegie, we would not have a Napoleon Hill or Earl Nightingale. If Napoleon Hill did not write "Think and Grow Rich", we would not have any of the mentors like Jim Rohn, Bob Proctor, Tony Robbins, Jack Canfield and more. If there is not Ramakant Achrekar then there is no " God of Cricket". So, basically It's a chain reaction of " Knowledge Givers"...
