PUKAAR SHORT FILM FESTIVAL in itrs second year is organised by RCMMS AND RCRUIA happening in April 2

PUKAAR- THE VOICE OF UNHEARD

It is a short film festival starting this January - April 2017, in its second year. This is a joint event of the Rotaract club of Mumbai Mulund South and Rotaract club of Ruia College. The topics for short film is related to social issues which are happening in our society. This will give a platform for all short film makers to present their short films in front of c

elebrity jury who will judge them and would get exciting cash prizes, coupons, vouchers , etc. It would be a huge opportunity for all participants to be a part of it. PUKAAR would be an amazing experience so be a part and make the most out of it.
