हरियाणवी जुगाड़ no.1 jugadu of worlds in haryana Back in Delhi – the city I grew up in and studied at, has its own share of travel nightmares.

After the commonwealth games, the much feared blue devils (read blue line buses), notorious for three decades of over speeding and killing (two passengers killed per day at their worst), have been replaced by DTC's new low floor fleet. In their absence , their legacy is being carried forward by the "little devils" known as the RTV(rural terrain vehicle). The RTV is a minibus (read tin can) with a d

esigned capacity of twenty passengers, and is generally overloaded to more than twice that much. This tin can has a roof so low, that a person exceeding 5'8" can't stand upright while traveling in it. Unlike their predecessors (the blue lines), the most marauding aspect of this service is NOT the drivers' "need for speed", which often leads to hairpin turns and near accidents. Instead the passengers are subjected to psychological torture meted out in the form of loud Haryanvi music, that one has to bear while undertaking these journeys!
