INSTALLING RINGTONE IN IPHONE

Download and install iTunes on your system

First change the ringtone file extension from .wav or whatever you downloaded to .m4r

You can change the file extension by renaming the file

1. Connect your iPhone to your Mac/PC via USB.

2. Find the ringtone file you just saved

3. Open the iTunes app and find your iPhone

4. Drag and drop the ringtone file with .m4r extension

5. A green “+” icon should appear on your cursor and the file that you are dragging. That means you will be adding it to your iPhone. Drop the file to install it.

I Froze On TEDx Stage

Stage fright is real!

And I too was a victim of the oh-so-very real problem.

On 5th March 2022, I got an opportunity to talk at the prestigious TEDx event arranged by St.Miras College, Pune.

This was the first time ever, in my entire life, to talk on stage in front of a few hundred people.

I was the second to go on stage and as the moment came close, I experienced something called cold feet. Literally.

My entire body was cold, I wasn’t able to move my legs, my mouth was as dry as a puddle under raging sun.

I was confident, no doubt, but overwhelmed at the same time.

When I started my speech, I continued with the flow of the script.
But suddenly I felt lost for words and went radio silent for 10 seconds.

Probably the 10 seconds I can never forget.

Well, I knew I was going to stumble across this situation, so I had started my speech by making the audience aware that this was my first time on stage and If at all I screw up, take me with a pinch of salt.

So when I really did freeze for a few seconds, the audience smiled, they knew that this was my moment and they had to be patient.

The support I got from the audience got me back on my feet
I mustered courage, took a few deep breaths and started speaking.

So it’s true, haar kar jeetne wale ko hi Baazigar kehte hai!

And so were these amazing Baazigars who gave an amazing talk along with me! .abraham

Does content creation count as a profession?

Getting asked this many times since I started my journey as a creator 2 years ago.

Society’s notions for youth to be doctors, engineers, lawyers, or IAS officers couldn’t pull me down like it did in the past.

Because I believed in my skills more than anything.

I’ve observed my friends applying for degrees, government jobs. But I wanted out of the race.

I wanted to enjoy every day of life where my strength lies, where creativity and consistency join hands, and where I find my best version.

I stuck to educating people, sharing my experiences, and making others’ lives easier.

Time compounded my effort and produced the desired outcome.

Today, I’ve 1 M+ follower across all channels as a creator and that’s my profession.

Let’s break those social biases and encourage others to do whatever they love to do.

I Lost 2000 followers because...

I took a 2-week break after creating content consistently for almost 3 years

And here's what I have to say about it.

✨ What did I do in my break?

- Initial days I spent roaming on by bike all around Mumbai. Sometimes with an agenda sometimes without!

- I went swimming, slept, binged on content, tried pushing myself to talk to people and build confidence.

- I also brain stormed why I started this journey in the first place and rekindled my passion for my work, so that I don't stray away and focus on my vision.

✨ What Do I Feel?

- Taking a break and forgetting about content completely helped me realise how much I want to create, So If you are doing something in you life, take a break and see if you feel your work pulling it towards you or should you start thinking about something else.

- My wanting to post soon again has got me into thinking what I can do differently and specifically act on it. I've been thinking of a change in format for my videos from a long time but never tooka action cause I was stuck in a loop. Taking a break helped me break free.

- Staying away from my passion refueled me in way that I am feeling the excitement of posting again, the same way I used to feel when I started content creation.

✨ What effect did it have on my account?

- I don't know and honestly don't care even if the viewership drops majorly, the only visible change is the drop in followers.

- Although the drop in followership might mean a good thing. (Haters are gone)

When was the last time you took a break?

‼️ Negativity can change you as person! It’s not a mindset, negativity is a lifestyle.

Whatever you think, you condition your mind that way and all your actions and reactions are a reflection of that negative emotion or thought.

It’s just a thought at first, but converts into a series of actions and starts affecting your mood and decisions.

Finishing a negative sentence gives power to the thought, gives a satisfying feeling that what you thought about is true and acceptance of that negative thought prevails.

Stop a negative sentence in between and converting it positively stops the same neural pattern which is responsible for you to think negative in the first place! It gives you a chance to change.

Believe me depression is real and only faith in positivity can pull you out!

If you can have "successful" as an adjective to your name, No one can look down on you! Is it?

But don't look at SUCCESS as something for which you'll have to climb mountains and cross rivers to achieve. 😰
