Indianomics was founded way back in 2005 as an experiment for Hemal, to learn more about Blogs - a phenomenon back then made popular by Blogger (Blogspot). Over time, the Hemal's blog evolved into Indianomics when he started writing about Businesses and Political thoughts in a layman's language. He has tried to stick to it, as overtime he kept on adding more topics and wrote about what he cared ab

#RaavanHatha, or ‘Raavan’s Hand’ is a string instrument modelled from a legend telling the story of #Raavan came upon his death by Lord #Rama in #SriLanka. Here we had a guy on shores of Fatehsagar Lake who was playing it #beautifully. Drove from #Mumbai to #Udaipur with a stay over at #Vadodara in the last week of 2022 on my trustly old Tata Tigor #XZA or as I like to call it, #Rosso.

#Boat trip on the #LakePichhola is limited to 20 minutes, but provides you with this great view of #CityPalace #Udaipur the second largest privately owned #Palace in India after Mysore Palace.

Drive to #Udaipur on my trusty old Rosso a.k.a. #Tata #Tigor XZA - #Timelapse Drove from #Mumbai to #Udaipur with a stay over at #Vadodara in the last week of 2022 on my trustly old Tata Tigor #XZA or as I like to call it, #Rosso. The drive through roads, no-roads at times, and through smooth #tarmac was enjoyable, and brisk to say the least. This timelapse captures part of drive through #Rajasthan with sandy #hills or #dunes as you call it providing an exciting #backdrop for such a #scenic #drive.

Night #StarGazing at Mahuli, near Asangaon, Maharashtra. Among my favorite things to do, it was an absolute cold night with a very clear sky to #oogle at #stars and #shootingstars #meteors

#MauliFarms at Mauli, Asangaon is a agro-tourism centre with 5 rooms and a sprawling ecosystem of organic farming. #Cows are not #milked here but revered, and the “gobar” is the fertiliser for the farm. They grow #rice, #mango and #seasonal vegetables. We also did #skygazing with #skygazingmumbai a group organising it not far from this farm house, amazing setting. The arrangement and storytelling could see an improvement as compared to #khagolmandal but they are active and reactive Owned by an ex-cop, the place is nestled close to the jungles on foothills of Mauli Mountain plateau which is also a trekking hotspot. Food was amazing, and loved the simplicity of the overall place. For all of ₹2100 per adult, it’s a great place to be not too far from Mumbai.
