Sadhguru Shri Madhuparamhans Ji Maharaj of Sahib Bandgi, while addressing the Sadhu Sangat with the nectar of his sermons in Rakhbandhu today, said that even if all the doors of this body are open, the soul is not going away. The whole world is tied without a rope. You meditate, but the mind cleverly diverts your attention and takes it outside.
There are enemies sitting inside who are not allowing even the soul to go. Even if one meditates on the whole era, one cannot attain it.
Unless the complete Guru is attained, that ultimate essence cannot be attained.
Everyone is worshiping the formless. That secret of the ultimate element is somewhere different. Everyone is doing devotion no matter what is said.
Addressing the Sangat, Sahib Ji said that you have understood the devotion of Sahib. But it is so difficult to explain it to others. You have learned that Niranjan has various devotions, but it is difficult to explain. You are moving away from all the beliefs and opinions of the world. If you analyze, you will find that all the people of the world are engaged in Sagun-Nirgun. Sagun-Nirgun devotion is good. Not bad. Any person doing devotion will be better than the rest.
But Sahib is saying in his speech that the physical form is in Maya. The five physical elements are called Maya. These five elements are called perishable. The world was also said to be perishable, because the world is made up of these five physical elements. And it does not appear formless. Niranjan has a big game. A journalist told me that your counterparts are very sectarian, there is no opposition to them in the society. He said that they are also saying that there is immortal world. But there is no opposition to them. You are opposed.
I say that even my namesakes are against it. They say that he has changed his religion. There is your social boycott. You have to be ready for this. Sahib is saying that first one has to lose the dignity of the family, then one has to do devotion without fear.
The opposition is because you are not believing in witchcraft, murder, ghosts etc. All other sects are accepting it. That's why they are not being opposed. That section opposes.
I have told you the rules, do not eat meat, do not drink alcohol, do not approach someone else's woman, do not steal, eat your rightful earnings, do not gamble, worship the Supreme Being. Now even parents teach these things to their children. Which is worse among these? I give the name on this condition. One said that I was having an affair with another woman. I can't leave him. I said thank you, you told the truth. You can go. I won't give you the name.
If I told you such great rules, then why is there resistance? In this, the people who believe in witchcraft and ghosts work.

SAMBA POLICE SUCCESSFULLY DISMANTLES INTER-ZONE GANG OF THIEVES, EIGHT ARRESTED;PROPERTY WORTH 11 LAKHS RECOVERED

Samba, April 7:

In a significant breakthrough, Samba Police has apprehended a total of eight individuals involved in a sophisticated inter-zone theft operation, following a diligent investigation into a reported case of theft at Police Station Samba.

The case unfolded when a lady namely Ms. Renu Sharma of Mahal Shah, Ramgarh, reported an incident where her gold ornaments were stolen during a bus journey from Vijaypur to Samba.

Promptly responding to the complaint, Samba Police initiated an investigation, registering FIR No. 73/2024 U/S 379 IPC and commenced investigation.

Under the direct supervision of SSP Samba, specialized teams, comprising DySP Hqrs Samba, SHO PS Samba, and IC PP Supwal, launched coordinated efforts leading to the identification and apprehension of three primary suspects by using technical and physical surveillance - Shameema, Tahira, and Fayaz Ahmed, all residents of A/P Bhagwati Nagar, Jammu.

Subsequent interrogations unveiled a wider network involving Abdul Rashid Sheikh, Mohd Altaf Sheikh R/O Parimpora Ghat, Srinagar, and Darshan Lal of Arnia, Jammu, who were swiftly detained for questioning leading to recovery of few stolen gold ornaments.

Further revelations from Abdul Rashid Sheikh and Mohd Altaf Sheikh led to the arrest of Shahnawaz Hussain and Imtiyaz Hussain Mir R/O Sultanpora, Pattan Baramulla, Kashmir, who were found to have purchased the stolen gold jewellery. A comprehensive recovery of substantial amount of stolen items, including Gold Bracelets, Chains, Rings, and other valuables, totaling approximately 11 lakh rupees has been effected.

Further inquiries are underway as the case progresses.

Under the ageis and abled guidance of chairman District Legal Aid Authority and Dy.SP Hqrs Jammu,an awareness programme on Victim Compensation scheme was conducted on 06.04.2024 at Women’s Police Station Gandhi Nagar in which lawyers,general public and police officials also participated.

The panel lawyer Deepali Arora was the resource person who deliberated upon the Central Victim Fund Scheme and made awareness about features of Scheme of Nalsa Victim Compensation under which Women And Children are entitled based on their category and eligibility under Scheme in Acid attack and Sexual Assault Cases.

People hv appreciated the efforts of Jammu Police in conducting such programmes for public awareness.

On the 487th prakash utsav of Goswami Shri Guru Nabha dass Ji , All Jammu and Kashmir Mahasha Sabha Shakti Nagar taken out a grand procession at Jammu.

Vijay Malhotra ( President All Jammu and Kashmir Mahasha Sabha ) , Braham Jyot Satti ( Incharge BJP OBC Morcha Jammu Kashmir) along with various political personalities attended this grand procession.

On the way to the Procession , water, halwa and langar were organized by various social people at different sites.

Speaking on the occasion Vijay Malhotra greets people on this holy occasion and said that he is very happy because a huge number of prominent and political personalities attended this procession and listened to the life story of Guru Nabha dass Ji .

He said Guruji enlightened the whole nation by his eternal thoughts and always spread his knowledge of Brahmgyan among people .

While speaking to the media personal Braham Jyot extend greetings on this holy occasion and he briefed life story of Guru Nabha dass Ji and said Guru Nabha dass Ji was born on 8 April 1537 AD in Ram Bhadrachal (Telangana) near the Godavari River to mother Saraswati Janaki Devi and father Ram Das Ji. His family, who sung songs in functions and made baskets, were worshipers of Lord Sri Ram .

He said Guru Nabha Das ji was knowledgeable about Brahma. He wrote the religious book Bhagatmala and was given the title of Goswami in Kanhar Das ji's Bhandara (1592 AD). He did knowledge seminar with Goswami Tulsi Das ji, the author of Shri Ramayana, for three years. He was blind by birth and his name was Narayan Das.

He said Guru ji was five years old, his father passed away. In his childhood, he used to make sweets from clay laddus while playing with children. Once there was an earthquake, everyone ran into the forest. It is said that at that time Guru ji felt hungry and asked for food from his mother. The mother made him sit under a tree in the forest and herself went in search of food. During this time she died and at that time two saints Shri Agar Dev Ji and Guru Kihal Das were passing through the forest. They stopped seeing Guruji alone. Guru Agar Dev Ji asked him who he was and why he was sitting here? Guru ji replied that they are part of that God who creates man from five elements and preaches to serve man. Guru Agar Dev ji was very happy after hearing his answer. He sprinkled water on guruji's eyes with his kamandal and guruji started seeing everything. Swami Agar Das brought him with him to Galta Gaddi (Jaipur Rajasthan) and changed his name from Narayan Das to Nabha Das.

He said Goswami Shri Guru Nabha Das Maharaj composed Bhagatmala Granth at the age of 22 during the year 1592 and described the life of devotees for 1513 years. A part from this Santvani, Mool Bhagatmala, Narayan Sator, Ram Aushtam, Ashtaya, Hitopedash, Ram Charitra Manas poetic prose and poetry in Bhraj language. The composition of Shri Bhagatmala Granth was completed in 1585 AD.

He said In 1592 AD, he was given the title of Goswami in the Bhandara organized on the occasion of publishing the book Bhagatmala and once guru ji took the bullock cart to the forest and made the forest full of sandalwood. When the bull was killed by a lion, he yoked the lion to the cart and took the role of the bull. He became Brahamlin in 1643 AD.

He said kings and emperors of Rajasthan, Emperor Akbar and India's first President Rajindra Prasad, many big leaders of the country have visited his temple.

*शिव की आराधना इच्छा-शक्ति को मजबूत करती है और अन्तःकरण में अदम्य साहस व दृढ़ता का संचार करती है।*

जम्मू कश्मीर : ज्योतिष शास्त्र के दृष्टिकोण से चतुर्दशी तिथि के स्वामी भगवान भोलेनाथ अर्थात स्वयं शिव ही हैं और हर माह की कृष्ण पक्ष की चतुर्दशी तिथि के दिन मासिक शिवरात्रि मनाई जाती है,चैत्र मासिक शिवरात्रि पर्व के विषय में श्री कैलख ज्योतिष एवं वैदिक संस्थान ट्रस्ट के अध्यक्ष (ज्योतिषाचार्य) महंत रोहित शास्त्री ने बताया इस वर्ष चैत्र मासिक शिवरात्रि व्रत 07 अप्रैल रविवार को है। मान्यता के अनुसार मासिक शिवरात्रि की पूजा रात्रि के समय की जाती है।

विधिपूर्वक व्रत रखने पर गंगाजल, दूध, दही, घी, शहद, फूल, शुद्ध वस्त्र, बिल्व पत्र, धूप, दीप, नैवेध, चंदन का लेप, ऋतुफल , आक धतूरे के पुष्प, चावल आदि डालकर शिवलिंग को अर्पित किये जाते है।

मास शिवरात्रि के दिन शिवपूजन शिवपुराण,रुद्राभिषेक,शिव कथा, शिव स्तोत्रों व "ॐ नम: शिवाय" का पाठ करते हुए रात्रि जागरण करने से अश्वमेघ यज्ञ के समान फल प्राप्त होता हैं और शिवरात्रि का व्रत करने से मोक्ष की प्राप्ति होती है । शिव पूजा सभी पापों का क्षय करने वाली है।

महिलाओं के लिए शिवरात्रि का विशेष महत्व है। अविवाहित महिलाएं भगवान शिव से प्रार्थना करती हैं कि उन्हें उनके जैसा ही पति मिले। वहीं विवाहित महिलाएं अपने पति और परिवार के लिए मंगल कामना करती हैं।

मासिक शिवरात्री के व्रत को रखने वालों को उपवास के पूरे दिन भगवान शिव शंकर का ध्यान करना चाहिए। प्रात: स्नान करने के बाद भस्म का तिलक कर रुद्राक्ष की माला धारण की जाती है।

*अगर शिव मंदिर में पूजन,जाप करना संभव न हों, तो घर में, किसी शान्त स्थान पर जाकर पूजन, जाप किया जा सकता हैं।*

शिव की अराधना इच्छा-शक्ति को मजबूत करती है और अन्तःकरण में अदम्य साहस व दृढ़ता का संचार करती है।

इस बात का खास ध्यान रखना चाहिए कि भोलेनाथ पर चढ़ाया गया प्रसाद न खाएं,अगर शिव की मूर्ति के पास शालीग्राम हो,तो प्रसाद खाने में कोई दोष नहीं होता।

*राशि अनुसार शिव पूजा* :-

शिवरात्रि, प्रतिदिन या प्रत्येक सोमवार को करने से समस्त शिव भक्तो को उत्तम लाभ और संतोष की प्राप्ति होगी ।

*मेष राशि*

मेष राशि के शिव भक्त के जल में गुड़,गन्ने का रस अथवा शहद मिलाकर भोले का अभिषेक करें , अभिषेक के बाद लाल चंदन से शिवलिंग पर तिलक करें और लाल चंदन से यथासंभव बेलपत्र पर ॐ नमः शिवाय लिख कर बेलपत्र शिव को अर्पित करें साथ में लाल पुष्प भी और ॐ नमः शिवाय का जप करें 11 ब्राह्मणों को शिवपुराण दान दे।

*वृष राशि*

वृष राशि - इस राशि के शिव भक्त गाय के दूध ,दही से शिव का अभिषेक करें,इसके अलावा भगवान शिव जी को चावल, सफेद चंदन, सफेद आक,सफेद वस्त्र
और चमेली फूल भी चढ़ाने चाहिए और महामृत्युंजय मंत्र का जप करें। वेदपाठी 11 ब्राह्मणों को रूद्राक्ष माला दान करें।

*मिथुन राशि*

मिथुन राशि -इस राशि के शिव भक्त भगवान शिव को गन्ने के रस से रुद्राभिषेक करें,भगवान शिव को बेल पत्र शमी पत्र के अलावा साबुत हरे मूंग,भाँग, दूर्वा और कुश भी अर्पित करें।इस राशि के शिव भक्त शिव चालीसा का पाठ करें एवं 11शिव चालीसा शिव मंदिर में चढ़ाये।

कन्या राशि के शिव भक्तों को गन्ने के रस से रुद्राभिषेक करें,भोलेनाथ जी को पान बेल पत्र, धतूरा, भांग एवं दुर्वा चढ़ाएं।शिव पुराण की कथा का वाचन करे या सुने।

*तुला राशि*

तुला राशि के शिव भक्त चमेली के तेल,दही, ईत्र, घी, दूध से शिव का अभिषेक करें,सफेद चंदन का तिलक लगाएं, सफेद वस्त्र दान करें मिश्री और खीर का प्रसाद भगवान शिव जी को चढ़ाएं एवं शिव मंदिर में दान करें,शिवतांडव स्तोत्र का पाठ करें।

कुम्भ राशि के शिव भक्त नारियल के पानी या तिल के तेल से रुद्राभिषेक करें,शमी वृक्ष के पुष्प भगवान शिव को अर्पित करे,शिवाष्टक का पाठ करें।

*मीन राशि*

Samba, April 6: In order to curb the criminal activities in the district, Samba Police under the overall supervision of SSP Samba Vinay Kumar, JKPS has apprehended & detained two notorious criminals under the Jammu & Kashmir Public Safety Act (PSA).

The accused identified as Balwinder Singh @ Billi S/o Harpal Singh R/o Randhawa Colony tehsil Vijaypur district Samba and Sunil Sharma @ Kadhu S/o Babu Ram R/o Gagore tehsil Vijaypur district Samba have been involved in multiple criminal cases, posing a serious threat to public peace and tranquility.

Following their repeated engagement in criminal activities, detention orders were issued by the District Magistrate Samba based on detailed dossiers prepared by SSP Samba. The police team led by SHO PS Vijaypur successfully executed these warrants, leading to the incarceration of the accused in District Jail Jammu.

This successful operation shows the commitment of Samba Police towards ensuring safety of the public.

Notorious criminal has been detained under the Public Safety Act (PSA) in Jammu District by Domana Police on Saturday.
He has been identified as Sahil Singh @ Shallu son of Joginder Singh resident of Ghoe Manhasan, District Jammu. He has been booked under Public Safety Act for his criminal activities in an organised manner, posing a threat to peace and order, said police.

The accused did not change his behaviour, criminal activities inspite of been booked under several FIRs and arrested by police in number of cases. But he continued his criminal activities and such activities are likely to disturb public order particularly in Domana and Marh area of Jammu District.

Continuing its efforts to curb the menace of drugs from the society and tightening noose against drug peddlers under operation *SANJEEVENI*.
Nowabad Police arrested 02 drug peddlers and recovered 47 gms he**in (chitta) like substance from them.

A police party of Police Post Pounichak led by Incharge PSI Vijay Kumar under the command of SHO Police Station Domana Inspector Arun Prakash Sharma apprehended 02 drug peddlers while patrolling at Udheywala under the Jurisdiction of PS Domana.

During their search a total of 47 grms of He**in (chitta) like Psychotropic Substance was recovered from their possesion, the drug peddlers have been identified namely *Farooq Ahmed S/O Abdul Khaliq Sheik age 36 years R/O Kokernag, Anantnag* with 25 grms he**in (chitta) like substance and *2.Mohd Kamran Sheikh S/o Ab Rashid Sheikh age 29 years R/o Link Road Kishtwar* with 22 grms of he**in (chitta) like substance.

In this regard, a case under relevant sections of NDPS Act stands registered at PS Domana and Investigation inititiated. During the course of investigation,it has come to fore that the accused are main drug suppliers and supply he**in to the innocent youth and operate in Jammu area.

People have applauded the efforts of Jammu Police in acting tough against the drug peddlers.
Jammu Police enjoined upon all citizens of Jammu to be aware of drug menace and report any incident to Jammu Police. The identity of the person informing regarding this menace will not be disclosed to anyone.

Acting tough against drug peddlers and to eradicate the menace of drugs from the society, Jammu Police booked the wanted and notorious drug peddler under PIT NDPS Act in Sub Division R.S.Pura and lodged him in District Jail Kathua.
This notorious drug smuggler namely Narinder Pal S/O Kaka Ram R/O Puro Bhana Tehsil R.S.Pura District Jammu was booked under PIT-NDPS Act after obtaining formal detention orders from the Divisional Commissioner, Jammu. The booked drug smuggler has been detained and subsequently lodged in District Jail at Kathua.
Pertinent to mention that below mentioned cases were registered against the above mentioned drug peddler, who was involved in promoting drug abuse & trade by supplying drugs to local youth of the area. Despite his involvement in multiple FIRs, he did not mend his activities and was again involved in promoting drug abuse trade by supplying drugs to local youth.
The above said notorious drug peddler/criminal has remained successful every time in securing the bails from the Hon’ble Court and in order to refrain the subject from indulging in criminal activities, a dossier (PIT NDPS Act) was recommended against him, upon which, the Divisional Commissioner, Jammu had issued a PIT NDPS Act warrant against him.
The arrest was made by a team of Police Station R.S.Pura headed by SHO P/S R.S.Pura under the close supervision of SDPO R.S.Pura & SP Headquarters Jammu.

The locals of the area have appreciated the efforts of Jammu Police in taking taugh stand against the drug peddlers.

*Absconder Arrested by Pacca Danga Police Station after 18 years*

Today on 05.04.2024,one absconder was arrested in case FIR No 52/2006 U/s 379 RPC namely Imtiyaz Ahmed S/o Ghulam Nabi caste Ganai R/o Tajiwara Tehsil and District Anantnag absconding in case FIR No 52/2006 U/s 379 RPC since 2013.

A warrant u/s 512 CrPC was issued against the said person by Hon'ble court of Special Municipal Mobile JMIC, Jammu. The whole effort was done by PSI Amit Singh under the SHO PACCA DANGA Inspector Rakesh Jamwal under the supervision of SDPO City North & SP City North Jammu.

Continuing its efforts to curb the menace of drugs from the society and tightening noose against drug peddlers under operation *SANJEEVENI*.
Nowabad Police arrested 01 drug peddler and recovered 14 gms he**in (chitta) like substance from him.

On 04/04/2024, a police party of Police Station Nowabad led by PSI Jeevan Kumar established a naka near Mandir-Masjid Point, Tawi bridge while performing vehicle checking, a motorcycle bearing bearing registration No. JK19A-2827 which was on its from Bikram chowk towards Jewel was signaled to stop. On seeing the police party, the said motorcycle rider turned back and tried to escape, the Police Party apprehended him.

During his search 14 grms of He**in (chitta) like Psychotropic Substance was recovered from the possesion of the motorcycle rider namely *Mohd Ayoub S/O Gulab din R/O Kawa, Kanga, Ramban*

In this regard, a case FIR No. 52/2024 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act stands registered at PS Nowabad and Investigation inititiated. During the course of investigation it was found that the said person is working as imam in Masjid at his native place.

People have applauded the efforts of Jammu Police in acting tough against the drug peddlers.
Jammu Police enjoined upon all citizens of Jammu to be aware of drug menace and report any incident to Jammu Police. The identity of the person informing regarding this menace will not be disclosed to anyone.

Continuing its efforts to curb the menace of drugs from the society and tightening noose against drug peddlers under operation *SANJEEVENI*.
Gangyal Police arrested three drug peddler and recovered 14 gms herion (chitta) like substance from them.

On 03/04/2024 during naka checking a Police party of Police Station Gangyal led by PSI Aaqib Lateef assisted while performing vehicle checking **one vehicle bearing registration No. JK21C-2479* was coming from Bari Brahmna towards Kunjwani side was signalled to stop for checking purpose in which three persons were boarded.

During their physical search 05 grms of He**in like Psychotropic Substance was recovered from the possesion of the car driver namely *Danish Yousuf S/O Mohd Yousuf R/O Magam, Kulgam*, 05 gms He**in like substance recovered from accused namely *Ikhalas Ahmed Wani S/O Gulzar Ahmed R/O Gulshan Abad Rajpora Pulwama* and 04 gms he**in like substance was recovered from another accused namely *Mohd Bilal S/O Bilal Ahmed Khan R/o Pulwama,* a total of 14 gms he**in (chitta) like substance was recovered from the vehicle.

In this regard, a case FIR No. 32/24 U/S 8/21/22/29 NDPS Act stands registered at PS Gangyal and further investigation is going on.

NCC Group Commander Reviews Training at NCC Training Academy Nagrota

Brigadier PS Cheema, SM, VSM, Group Commander of NCC Group Jammu, recently conducted a comprehensive review of the training activities at the NCC Training Academy in Nagrota. His visit was marked by interviews, guidance sessions, and motivational talks aimed at enhancing the performance and morale of the NCC personnel.

During his visit, Brigadier Cheema interacted closely with the Permanent Instructor Staff and Associate NCC Officers, providing invaluable guidance and motivation to optimize their training efforts. The cadets in their maiden training camp for the fresh training year are being screened for various competitions in the current year namely Inter Directorate Sports Shooting Competition (IDSSC) and Thal Sena Camp. The cadets are being trained in Map Reading, Firing, Obstacle Course, Tent Pitching and Health & Hygiene aspects.

The Group Commander highlighted the Training Philosophy issued by the DG NCC for the current training year and aligned all stakeholders to the intent. He also conveyed the Key Result Areas of Maj Gen Rajesh Sachdeva, ADG NCC Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh Directorate. The focal point of his visit was the interaction with the 500 Boys and Girls NCC Cadets currently participating in the Annual Training Camp. Brigadier Cheema shared profound insights on the qualities essential for success as a student and in life, emphasizing the significance of continuous improvement.

In his engaging address, Brigadier Cheema underscored the cultivation of leadership qualities by instilling commitment, curiosity, right attitude, aptitude, and disciplined action. Furthermore, Brigadier Cheema diligently inspected the training and administrative stores, ensuring their serviceability and fresh provisioning for the current financial year. He inspected the recently upgraded firing range at the academy including the gymnasium hall and drainage system. He complimented Col Naresh Kaushik, Commanding Officer 5 J&K NCC Battalion and his team for his dedication and efforts in achieving all stated objectives of the camp.

Lt Col Rajesh briefed the group commander on the process of selection of firers for IDSSC and the way ahead till the run up period to ensure an inspiring performance. Brigadier Cheema took the opportunity to meet with the firers who are preparing for the Inter Directorate Sports Shooting Competition. His encouragement and support are expected to inspire the participants to excel in the upcoming event.

Brigadier Cheema's visit was a testament to his dedication to the development and enhancement of the NCC training program, fostering a culture of excellence and leadership among the cadets and personnel.

Cyber Cell of District Police Jammu received complaint regarding financial fraud of Rs.94,500.

During the investigation, the Cyber Cell Dpo Jammu, acted swiftly and exhibited hectic efforts which ultimately led to put on hold an amount of Rs.86,922 out of Rs 94,500.

𝗦𝗦𝗣 Jammu Dr.Vinod Kumar 𝗜𝗣𝗦 reiterated in his appeal to the general public to remain extra vigilant and report promptly to the National Helpline number 1930 or Cyber Cell DPO Jammu helpline number 8899537995.SSP Jammu also encouraged citizens to lodge cyber complaints online at www.cybercrime.gov.in. and
www.ceir.gov.in for lost/ Stolen Mobile. Emphasizing the importance of awareness and collaboration in effectively combating cyber threats.

*05 Vehicles involved in illegal mining seized by Jammu Police*

In a quest to stern the menace of illegal mining, a multi-pronged strategy was devised by Jammu Police in which Police teams of Police Post Phallian Mandal, Police Post Chinore acted stringently on the specific inputs and raided at multiple locations within their respective jurisdictions and seized 05 vehicles involved in illegal mining.
Details of the vehicles (tractors) seized by PP Phallian Mandal:

Details of vehicle seized by PP Chinore:
1. JK02CM-2460 (Dumper)
2. JK02CR-6028 (Dumper)

The vehicles were found loaded with minor mineral sand without FormA/permission and so were detained.

DMO Jammu was also intimated about the same. The mining was done in violation of order of Honourable High Court of J&K. In order to strictly implement the drive against illegal mining and to tighten noose against the violators of the law Jammu Police has inititiated strict action.

SHARAT SHARMA APPOINTED SPOKESPERSON OF KAILAKH TRUST*

Renowned academician and media person, Sharat Chander Sharma, was felicitated by Mahant Rohit Shastri, President, Shri Kailakh Jyotish evam Vedic Sansthan Trust, Ban Talab, Jammu, its Trustees and members in a simple but graceful function held at the Warehouse Trader’s Association Office, Nehru Market, Jammu.
In the same function, it was declared that the President, Trustees and Members of the Trust have appointed Sharat Sharma as the Spokesperson of the Trust.
Welcoming Sharat Sharma, Mahant Rohit Shastri said that with the induction of Prof. Sharat as Spokesperson of the trust, activities of the Trust would receive further boost as there would be a better communication between the Trust and society at large and the activities of the Trust would be sufficiently highlighted in the relevant fora.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof. Sharat Sharma said that under the leadership of Mahant Rohit Shastri, the Trust is confidently moving toward the goal of promotion and propagation of Sanskrit. He said that he was impressed with dedication of Mahant Rohit Shastri towards Sanskrit, Sanatan and Duggar and he felt that his efforts should be supported by all. He hoped that as a spokesperson, he would be able to help Mahant Rohit Shastri and the Trust to attain their goal of Ghar Ghar Sanskrit.
Prof. Sharat Chander Sharma has held various teaching and administrative positions during his long service of 42 years at Central Sanskrit University, Delhi, including those of the Dean, Modern Subjects, CSU, New Delhi, Principal and Director of the Jammu Campus of the university.
He has authored, translated and edited a number of books and conducted various academic workshops at Mumbai, Jaipur, and Jammu.
He has been associated with radio and television as a presenter, interviewer, and drama voice. He has been translating and broadcasting VVIPs’ address to the nation and has been associated with selection and training of radio and television announcers.
The dignitaries present in the function included, Deepak Gupta, R K Chibber,Kk Sharma ,Pawan khajuria Promod Sharma, Jagdev Singh Chib, Naresh Raina, Ankush Sharma, Ajay Sharma, uttam chand Sharma and others.
