I recently had the opportunity to share some of my learnings with a group of traditional entrepreneurs on the topic of "4 Pillars For Your Business Growth." The discussion covered some valuable insights that I wanted to share with you all.

Let's dive into the 4 pillars that were discussed:

#1 Pillar: Market - It's important to learn from the market by understanding whether your product solves the customer's big problem and if there is high demand for your product or not

#2 Pillar: Message Once you're confident that your product solves your customer's problem, you need to write an appealing script to tell all your customers about it. There are four types of messages you can create, including text, audio, visual, and video. Which of these messages do you think has the highest recall for customers? Let me know in the comments below
#3 Pillar: Media - With your message ready, it's time to reach your target audience through traditional media like OOH, newspapers, events, and digital media like LinkedIn, Facebook, YT, and Instagram.

#4 Pillar: Morph - This is one of the most important pillars. Due to the above three processes, you will receive many prospective customer inquiries. However, to nurture your customers and get them converted to paying customers, you need a proper sales team and sales tools like .

I had the privilege of attending the 21st edition of the Green Building Congress, organized by IGBC and CII, held in Chennai, India.

This event brought together a diverse group of industry leaders, policymakers, and experts to discuss the latest trends and innovations in green building. I was particularly impressed by the emphasis on sustainable design, energy efficiency, and water conservation.
