Pyaz Kali Tarkari /Peyazkoli Torkari
Winter vegetables perfect for winter .Very very quick, healthy recipe which goes well with roti, paratha.You can use any vegetables of your choice.I used Cauliflower, brinjal, potatoes with pyazkali.You can use carrot,beans etc.
Just temper with paanch phoran,dry red chillies.In spices I used turmeric,red chilli,cumin powder,salt to make this vegetable.Cover and cook in low flame for perfect texture.

This chutney is perfect for Summers .You can store this for almost a week or even more than that.
You just need raw mangoes, Jaggery or sugar and roasted spice mix,salt, paanch phoran, white oil,dry red chilli, turmeric.Try this recipe.You will get plenty of raw mangoes now in the market.The lady who works in my house got these from her mango tree.
