A weekly talk show hosted by Jamsteady X Topcat CCU on music, art tech, collabs, the business of music/art and lots more! Featuring musicians, artists, sound engineers, producers, managers and other scenesters from around the world, In the Mix promises to be your weekly dose of fun conversations, news and trends from the world of Music.

We talk about the artist hustle in this episode. We discuss the challenges, lessons learned, and dive into the lives of three artists from different backgrounds to hear about their experiences, suggestions, and methods for navigating your career as an artist.

Diya Naidu - Diya Naidu is a choreographer, dancer, performer, facilitator and arts & culture organiser. She is the director of ‘Citizens of Stage Co. Lab.’ and the head of Dance Programming at ‘Shoonya Centre for Art & Somatic Practices’, Bengaluru. As a choreographer, her work has traversed into the area of gender and feminism - violence against women, the role of caste and class in lack of safety for women and the somatic implications of patriarchal pe*******on.

Neel Adhikari - Neel is a composer/lyricist/producer/ singer songwriter who has also curated events and has done music journalism. He swings between Web Series’, hosting open mics
and other curations, films, live performances, commissioned albums, radio/TV/Digital jingles, his own music and music journalism.
