Top DRDO lab under Dr Ritu's CAIR 🇮🇳
Top mil scientist Dr Rituraj Kumar
took over as Director, Centre for Artificial Intelligence & Robotics (CAIR). He is the key man behind developing tech for net-centric command & control; cyber security; milcom networks & large software system integration. CAIR is a DRDO lab in Bangalore.
The go-to man for India's military establishments, Dr Ritu has developed tech for several complex & sensitive cyber systems. He has to his credit many patents. A former national volleyball player, Dr Ritu is also an active marathon runner & mountaineering pro.
An alumnus of St Stephens College Delhi, IIT Delhi and IISc Bangalore, Dr Ritu joined DRDO during the 1993-94 period. He fell in love with the Indian military during his stint as an NCC cadet.

Sh.AB Pradhan Takes Over as Director (HR), HAL



Bengaluru, July 19, 2023: Mr. A.B. Pradhan has taken over as Director (Human Resources) of HAL here today. Prior to this, he was holding the post as Officer on Special Duty at HAL Corporate Office and General Manager (HR) at Bangalore Complex.
Mr. Pradhan joined HAL in 2005 and overall has 35 years of varied experience in human resource function in both public and private sectors with exposure to various industries dealing with engineering, metallurgy, paper, and aerospace & defence.
Mr. Pradhan holds a Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. He also holds a Law degree.



During his service career, he was instrumental in the introduction of IT-enabled HR Systems. His major accomplishments include substantial number of wage agreements achieved through collective bargaining, improving efficiency of workmen through various methods like piece rate wages, reduction in standard man hours & overtime etc.he has wide exposure to HR functions, including CSR, wage negotiation and settlements, statutory compliance, recruitment and career development, skill development and training, and legal affairs.
